Platform28 Reviews & Product Details

Platform28 is an AI-powered cloud contact center platform (CCaaS) built for organizations that demand reliability, security, and responsive support. Since 2001, we've helped 500+ organizations—including state government agencies, healthcare systems, universities, and financial services companies—deliver exceptional customer experiences. Unlike enterprise platforms that treat you like a number, Platform28 provides a dedicated Customer Success Manager to every customer. Our average customer relationship is 6+ years because we focus on your success, not just software licenses. We build our entire platform in-house; no third-party dependencies. When you need a feature, we build it. When you have a problem, you talk to the people who wrote the code. Key capabilities include intelligent routing, omnichannel communication (voice, email, chat, SMS, social), AI quality management that scores 100% of interactions automatically, workforce management, and AgentFlow workflow automation (included with Enterprise at no extra cost). Enterprise-grade reliability: 99.999% uptime SLA, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, HIPAA-ready with BAA available. Deployed on AWS and Google Cloud with geographic redundancy. Trusted by government and regulated industries including State of Georgia, HMSA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and multiple state universities. Transparent pricing starting at $55/user/month with no hidden fees. All plans include implementation support, training, and ongoing customer success management.
