Platevio Reviews & Product Details

Platevio is a browser-based point of sale system for managing orders, kitchen operations, and table service. It runs on web browsers across phones, tablets, and laptops, eliminating the need for dedicated hardware. Servers take orders directly at tables, with items and special requests instantly sent to kitchen screens. Kitchen staff receive real-time updates and can mark items as cooked or served, allowing progress tracking. The system supports dynamic menu management, enabling staff to adjust dishes and pricing mid-service. Special requests are captured on kitchen tickets, reducing reliance on verbal communication. Optimized for typical venue wifi conditions, the software maintains performance even with weaker signals. Role-based interfaces provide customized views for owners, managers, waiters, and kitchen staff. Payment processing is handled directly from devices, supporting cash and card transactions without external card readers.
