Clinics that advertise for patients face the same problem everywhere: enquiries arrive from WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger, web forms and ad platforms, land in different inboxes, and go cold before anyone answers. In medical tourism the cost is higher than a lost lead — treatments are worth thousands, decisions are made across time zones, and the first clinic to reply with a clear answer usually wins the patient. Planports puts every one of those conversations in one place. Enquiries from all channels flow into a single shared inbox and a single pipeline. They are assigned automatically, response times are tracked, follow-ups are scheduled, and every message, photo and quote stays attached to the patient record — so a coordinator who takes over on Monday sees everything that happened on Friday. Because it was built for medical tourism, the workflow matches how clinics actually sell: pipeline stages like second call, waiting for photos, doctor plan and price offer; treatment-based quotes in multiple currencies; photo and X-ray requests before a surgeon reviews a case; and follow-up sequences that continue through aftercare. Dental, hair transplant, aesthetic and bariatric clinics use it for exactly these journeys. Native WhatsApp Business API is at the centre of the product. Clinics send bulk and template messages, run an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot for first response, and keep the entire conversation history inside the CRM rather than on individual phones. Reporting closes the loop by showing which channels and campaigns produce enquiries that actually convert into booked treatments — not just clicks. Planports is a commercial CRM, not an EMR, practice-management or clinical charting system. It owns the patient journey from first message to booked treatment and aftercare follow-up, and works alongside the clinical systems a clinic already uses. Developed by Tekvita (founded 2012 in Antalya, Turkey) with enterprise roots — Tekvita's first project was an ERP for dialysis world-leader Fresenius — Planports launched in 2015 and pivoted in 2019 to focus on medical and health tourism. That initial learning curve slowed adoption.
