Planports is a cloud-based CRM built for medical tourism clinics, healthcare providers and the agencies that serve them. Developed by Tekvita (founded 2012, Antalya, Turkey) with enterprise DNA — Tekvita's first project was an ERP for dialysis world-leader Fresenius — Planports launched in 2015 and pivoted in 2019 to a vertical focus on medical and health tourism. The platform captures patient enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Messenger, web forms and ad platforms into a single pipeline, then converts them with automated assignment, response-time tracking, treatment quotes, follow-up sequences, WhatsApp Business API messaging, an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot, and channel/campaign ROI reporting — so no international patient enquiry goes unanswered. Planports is a commercial CRM, not an EMR, practice-management or clinical charting system. It owns the patient journey from first message to booked treatment and aftercare follow-up. Used by 150+ clinics and medical tourism businesses, with iOS and Android apps.
