Once you have set the foundations for the system, it is intuitive to use it for input. We directly connect to QlikSense, which analyzes the numbers very quickly! I do not dislike this, but if you want to use Planacy and have an in-house admin, that person needs to understand a lot of how the "architecture" of hierarchies and data is built into the system to be able to error search. We can have all our users directly in the system doing their own input very quickly. Some things are easy to set up and make working process simple for user, the basis is quite straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Planacy? Some of our company specific set up is not working super well. We have problems and support is some days satisfactory, some days it could be better.We only use it once a year for budget, why process instructions need to be renewed. Planacy helps us manage about 300 cost centers and loading data from Planayc to Qlik twice a day gives us a view of how work i progressing, or not progressing. Its a very flexible system, it has allows us to customize every step of the forecasting process to our needs and its still easy to use and intuitive. Planacy has helped us to decentralize the planning process and reduced the time it took to gather and summarize information significantly. The budget tool provides a good overview of all units and cost centers and more people can work in the system at the same time. It is a bit complicated to start a new budget year technically in Planacy and to upload the current year's information in order to work with next year's budget. Compicated when we need to change or move cost centers and/or accounts or people. The currency administration with more option between years would be helpful. The template for staff is easy to understand and easy to use. The basic data is clear. All overhead costs are easy to enter. The comment fields are very good and it gives good information about how the person who made the forecast was thinking and they are included in the next forecast. Many market companies, business areas, type of sales and products. We also have many different currencies, which means that we get many entities and these make it more difficult to overview. Based on their costs for the materials they buy from us, Planacy calculates our share of their cost, which becomes our revenue.
