## About Pixalo
Pixalo is gallery, workflow and sales software for professional photographers who work with schools, kindergartens, nurseries, daycares, sports clubs and events. It covers the whole job in one system: shoot, organise, sell and deliver, with no commission on sales. Photographers upload a shoot, Pixalo sorts the images and matches them to the right child, class or participant, and publishes password-protected online galleries that parents reach with an individual access code or QR code. Orders are paid through the photographer's own Stripe or PayPal account, so the money goes directly to the photographer and Pixalo takes 0% of every sale. Key features and functionality: - Commission-free selling: Pixalo charges for storage only. The full revenue from every order stays with the photographer. - Direct payouts: customers pay into the photographer's own Stripe or PayPal account, not into a platform wallet. - White-label shop: the gallery and shop run on the photographer's own domain and branding. - Photo matching for volume work: assign images to students, classes and siblings using QR codes, name lists or session matching. No additional camera hardware is required. - Printable consent and access cards: a single A4 sheet combining a parent consent form with a tear-off card carrying the gallery link, access code and QR code, built from a customisable template designer. - Mobile app for photo day: manage sessions, tagging and orders on site. - Protected galleries with individual access codes, watermarks and controlled downloads. - Automated processing: previews, watermarks and digital delivery run automatically after upload. - Commerce tools: orders, invoices, credit notes, discount codes, package configurators and voucher campaigns. - Lab export for print fulfilment. - Built-in data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and terms of service, accepted and version-logged at registration. Data is hosted in the EU (AWS Frankfurt). Pixalo is available in German, English, Dutch and Spanish, with pricing in euro across all markets. Every feature is included in every plan; the price depends only on the storage a photographer books, starting at 25 EUR per month for 5 GB. A 30-day free trial is available without a credit card.
