I liked the api part, almost everything can be achieved via rest apis. the tool is quite simple to use and more customization friendly as compared to other tool. What other part i liked most is it comes in a complete package i.e. openidm, openam, and opendj. Opendj is quite simple to configure as compared to active directory. Can easily be installed on any operating system. best is the openam part. no matter what IDM tool you are using, you can always integrate your IDM to openAM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud? since the tool is quite new, so its not much stable. Community support can be better. For most of the issues, they just suggest either restart your server or upgrade to the next version. UI isn't much interactive, sometimes you click some button, and you need to scroll up to see its in progress. What problems is PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? My project was to migrate from sun IDM to forgerock OpenIDM. The benefits I realized were: The is opensource, so no need to pay heavy costs. The tools is getting much more stable day be day. New releases comes very soon, which sometimes results in an issue. though opendj is really useful for directory services, sometimes you will get stuck in default configurations.
