PilotX Reviews & Product Details

PilotX is an autonomous customer engagement platform for consumer brands. It works every customer one at a time, deciding the next best move for each person and acting on it, instead of sending one campaign to a segment. You set a goal in plain English. PilotX reads your store and decides, per customer, what should happen next: a replenishment reminder before someone runs out, a win-back for a product they looked at, a save before a subscriber cancels, a question to fill a gap, or nothing at all. Four agents run on every customer. Discovery learns each person and reads the moment. Decision picks the next best move for them. Delivery writes and sends it in your brand voice, built from your live catalogue. Supervisor measures every outcome against your control group and sharpens the next decision. It acts across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, in-app, ads, support and Pulse, a single question sent to fill a gap before it decides. Every product, price, image and link resolves against your live Shopify catalogue before anything sends, and the limits you write in plain English become switches you can turn off. PilotX connects natively to Shopify, reads your customers, orders and catalogue, and runs alongside the tools you already send with. If you send through Klaviyo or anything else, it can act through that. Setup takes about 30 minutes and there is nothing to migrate. Pricing is per decision, from $0.05 stepping down to $0.02 at scale. No seats, no per-contact charge, no contract and no minimum, so the dormant half of your list costs nothing until it is worth working. You set the control group. Every customer is still worked and the dial only decides who gets counted, so the lift you read is measured on your own store. Modelled at full capacity against a control group you set, PilotX targets up to 50% more revenue from customers you have already paid to acquire. Those figures are modelled, not measured, and there is no guarantee. Built for direct to consumer brands: beauty and skincare, supplements, food and drink, apparel and home care, subscription and membership. Anywhere the second order is the profitable one. Start with a free Revenue Leak Audit at usepilotx.ai/offer. Four agents walk your store, log every moment it stayed silent, and size that silence against your own revenue. Findings in two working days, nothing to install and no access to grant.
