**What do you like best about Piggy?**

I love being able to include dynamic content in email campaigns, so customers can shop and earn points, or redeem their points. I send campaigns twice a week featuring several products, and being able to insert products without having to manually fill out all the details every time saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Piggy?**

I wish it had more and better email templates, improved analytics, and support for offline purchases as well.

**What problems is Piggy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main goal was to boost online sales by reaching out to members of our loyalty program with targeted emails. With Piggy, it's easy and fast to promote new arrivals, discounts, new brands, and collections. The platform helps us motivate customers to shop by making it simple for them to earn and redeem points, which adds real value to every campaign we send.

**What do you like best about Piggy?**

Piggy has a great design that our customers seem to love! It’s such an easy way to gain points and get rewards, our customers seem to like using the app. The nice thing about Piggy is that it rewards customers but also us, the clients, by gaining more and more customers.

**What do you dislike about Piggy?**

There are a lot of features, so sometimes it is difficult to have a good overview of what is actually possible. Maybe making the website overview clearer so that we can use all de features the best way.

**Recommendations to others considering Piggy:**

Downloading the app and using the software is the easy part, but if you want customers to come by more often you need to setup a good reward system. Look into this when starting with Piggy and decide what rewards are going to work best.

**What problems is Piggy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best part of Piggy is that it encourages customer loyalty. And when customers come by more often, they also tend to buy different products, this benefits the amount of sale and the width. It’s a win-win for me.

**What do you like best about Piggy?**

The customer support is very good. Always start from the possibilities instead of the impossibilities. They are strong in finding suitable solutions. Take sufficient time to provide explanations face to face, by phone, and via FaceTime. In our opinion, they go just a step further than other companies.

**What do you dislike about Piggy?**

They are also dependent on other systems. In our case, that is Lightspeed. Often, they try to get it done with a workaround anyway.

Do it! When in doubt, request a conversation to see if piggy is the match for your company.

With a loyalty system and newsletter, we have expanded our reach very specifically in a short time.

**What do you like best about Piggy?**

It is a fine, modern, and progressive company that has designed an excellent, well-functioning, and popular customer loyalty system. Roy van Meel, Junior Business Developer South Holland, helped me excellently and expertly and determined with me which package I should choose.

Nothing, it costs money, but I see it as an investment that pays for itself.

**What problems is Piggy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had no problems. I can adjust the rewards myself and the system works simply and without issues. I am very satisfied.
