Pico Reviews & Product Details

PicoCrate transforms how small businesses manage incoming calls with an AI receptionist that eliminates the risk and complexity of traditional phone systems. Test the AI completely risk-free through an interactive browser-based voice demo—no installation, technical setup, or impact to your actual phone line required. Hear exactly how the AI will answer your calls, handle customer inquiries, manage scheduling, and seamlessly integrate with your existing systems. Your real phone line remains completely untouched during testing, so you can evaluate performance without any risk of service disruptions or missed calls. Ideal for service businesses, medical clinics, agencies, consulting firms, and any company tired of missing calls or spending time on manual phone intake. Only when you're fully confident does the AI receptionist activate on your real number, giving you complete control over rollout timing. Save money on personnel costs while maintaining professional communication and providing 24/7 availability.
