Pianeva Ristorazione Reviews & Product Details

Restaurant management software that puts dining room, orders and checkout in one program, running in the browser on the PC, tablets and phones you already have. The floor plan is drawn on the real room size, with several rooms and tables colored by status: free, booked, seated, bill requested. Waiters take orders at the table from their phone, with kitchen notes and separate courses, and send the next course when ready. Kitchen and bar each have their own screen, mark dishes ready with one tap and the waiter gets a notification; sold-out dishes disappear from the waiters' menu. At checkout the bill is ready: covers, discount, split equally or by items, pre-bill for the table. Thermal printers for kitchen, bar and checkout even from a tablet, quick counter sales for the bar, statistics on dishes and takings. The Complete plan adds online table booking confirmed by the restaurant and an optional deposit via PayPal, Stripe or Nexi.
