"Simple Exercise Prescriptions, Seamless Jane Integration—Search Could Improve"
5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I like that Physitrack lets me quickly send exercise programs to patients. Its link with Jane is especially helpful, and I find it helpful to have exercises saved to patient charts. I switched from Wibbi because Physitrack has a more efficient, simpler user interface, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

Sometimes I find it difficult to find the proper title for an exercise I want to send. It would be helpful if commonly prescribed exercises ranked higher in search results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Home Exercise Programs, Though Workout Mode Needs Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I like Physitrack’s exercise library and videos, and the app is easy to use. It automatically syncs on my end with the app. It helps my clients know what exercises to do at home, so I don’t have to type a bunch of stuff each time. Once I figured out how to assign programs and have them automatically upload to the chart, it’s been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

I wish someone had taught me how to use Physitrack when I started. I've heard clients have issues with the in-app workout mode: it makes them hold the end range of an exercise for 30 seconds in between, and I'm unable to edit that on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Exercise Programs, but Search Could Improve"
4/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I like that Physitrack keeps all the exercises in one place and lets me add education PDFs, things for patients to think about during the week, and links or other reminders before their next visit. I like the videos, and it’s pretty easy to use. Patients seem to like the apps and videos, too. Setup was really easy through Jane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

I sometimes find the search a little tough, and it can take a while to find the exact exercise I’m looking for. Not every exercise is exactly how I teach it, which is fine, but I have to change the notes directly in the instruction section instead of using a separate notes section, so it doesn’t highlight the differences as well. I also can’t specify how many times a day I want patients to do an exercise—only the sets and reps—and that’s not as clear for patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Patient Follow-Up, but Limited Exercises and High Cost"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I think Physitrack supports adherence and self-monitoring well. My older clients like being able to print the PDF, while some younger clients use the app or website to track their exercises and share feedback with me. It also helps my clients feel that I care and am following up with them between sessions. I find it a great way to communicate and have a dialogue with clients between appointments. The pages are easy to find, client programs are easy to update, and I can save templates, like commonly used exercises, and change sets and reps pretty easily. The exercises are reasonably well explained for the most part. A lot of the bugs seem to be worked out, so it’s pretty user-friendly, and the setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

I find the exercise selection still pretty limited, and the exercises aren’t named or tagged well, so they can be really hard to search for and I don’t always find every version. Some exercises aren’t demonstrated or explained well, especially for more specialized areas like pelvic floor, athletes, and other niche populations. I end up spending a lot of time recording my own videos, uploading them to the library, and sending them to clients. It also gets hard when clients have two care providers with different program codes, since they can’t easily use both codes at once. And about $30 a month feels exorbitant to me. "User-Friendly Exercise Plans, but Repeated Reminders Take Extra Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I use Physitrack with my myofunctional therapy patients. I like that I can give them personalized videos I’ve created so they can review the exercises after we meet in person. It also lets me send reminders to their phones, and they can track whether they’re completing the exercises so I receive that feedback. Physitrack is user friendly. I value the exercise templates because they’re already set up and ready to give to my patients. The built-in timer and repetition reminders reinforce what we’ve talked about. The initial setup was very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

I think it's kind of silly that I have to create a second template with the exact same exercises just to send multiple reminders for different sessions throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Personalized HEPs—With Some Exercise Gaps"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I like that each patient can have their own profile, so I can remember their physical disability and weaknesses and give them specific exercises from Physitrack’s exercise bank. I can print their HEP or use the QR code option for exercise videos, and patients can log in if they choose. It helps me get HEPs done quicker and give patients a physical copy with videos and photos they can refer to, instead of just writing exercises on paper. The initial setup was really easy; I just had to enter our email and create a profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

Sometimes when I’m looking for specific exercises by name, Physitrack has limited options, especially for hand and lower back exercises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I think of an HEP, the ability to upload your own exercises is a must. Physitrack makes that incredibly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a lot of PTs, you have to pay separately for each one, which can add up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
