"Easy-to-Use Exercise Plans, Though More Options Are Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I like that Physitrack has lots of options that are super easy to navigate when I create home exercise plans. It’s easy to use, add and view exercises, change them, and adapt them to my needs. I also value being able to see an exercise image and change the justification and reps. The initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Physitrack?

I think Physitrack could have more options for different exercises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Patient Follow-Up, but Limited Exercises and High Cost"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Physitrack?

I think Physitrack supports adherence and self-monitoring well. My older clients like being able to print the PDF, while some younger clients use the app or website to track their exercises and share feedback with me. It also helps my clients feel that I care and am following up with them between sessions. I find it a great way to communicate and have a dialogue with clients between appointments. The pages are easy to find, client programs are easy to update, and I can save templates, like commonly used exercises, and change sets and reps pretty easily. The exercises are reasonably well explained for the most part. A lot of the bugs seem to be worked out, so it’s pretty user-friendly, and the setup was super easy. What do you dislike about Physitrack?

I find the exercise selection still pretty limited, and the exercises aren’t named or tagged well, so they can be really hard to search for and I don’t always find every version. Some exercises aren’t demonstrated or explained well, especially for more specialized areas like pelvic floor, athletes, and other niche populations. I end up spending a lot of time recording my own videos, uploading them to the library, and sending them to clients. It also gets hard when clients have two care providers with different program codes, since they can’t easily use both codes at once. And about $30 a month feels exorbitant to me.
