Then got PhysicalAddress.com from Google... I got a Physical address by only $9.98. **What do you dislike about PhysicalAddress?** Nothing I got that's not helpful. Everything is better for me. **Recommendations to others considering PhysicalAddress:** As a First user, I got everything okay to use it.. **What problems is PhysicalAddress solving and how is that benefiting you?** I got a Physical address that I can operate from here. I mean, If anyone mails me any document or letter to my Physicaladdress.com address, They will scan it for me.. SO I can use this address everywhere... ### 2. Nicole discovered previous communications with CSRs and reached out to me. I didn't make it easy for her; I wasn't too interested in hearing from the company after the customer service failed on several occasions. Nicole was gently persistent; we finally had a conversation. I was impressed by the way she immediately took responsibility for the CSRs. She advised that the agents were coached about how to handle this in the future. Additionally, Nicole issued a full refund immediately after our conversation. Any business can be good when things go well. But, when things go badly, the customer can see a company's true values. Because of Nicole, this company has earned a rating of "10." I will definitely use them again! **What do you dislike about PhysicalAddress?** I had a series of several poor (dismissive) interactions with CSRs at PhysicalAddress.com. (Nicole advised that these agents were coached about the proper way to have handled this situation). What happened is that I was in a car accident and wasn't able to use the services. I wasn't specifically requesting a refund, but was giving the company a chance to prove that they were customer service oriented and it would help me decide if I would use them again in the future. Initially, the customer service agents said nothing of value and one went so far as to tell me that many customers retain their services of a physical address without actually using them. He was just so dismissive about the fact that I didn't use the services even though I was in a serious accident and it was the last thing on my mind. **What problems is PhysicalAddress solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was going to start an online business and didn't want to use my physical address. ### 3. I called late in the day to find out how to get the required paperwork from them - and actually got a live person on the phone who promised me the papers before the end of the day - it was already 5:30 PM in Texas when I called. Well - 15 minutes later - there was the paperwork in my inbox. **What do you dislike about PhysicalAddress?** So far - they are great! I just signed up today...I will update once I've gotten some scans but I expect the service will continue to be good. **Recommendations to others considering PhysicalAddress:** I set this up my account and customized my suite number in about 8 minutes. Their customer service was excellent - I needed a document right away and they responded promptly. Seems like an excellent service. They also do monthly pricing which a lot of the others don't offer. **What problems is PhysicalAddress solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need a physical address and registered agent for the new entity I am forming in Texas. They also offer scanning and a web portal to check mail. Their pricing is inline with their competitors as well. ### 4. Their mail forwarding pricing is cheaper than other services I used. Their customer service is very responsive. My emails (sent during business hours) typically get answered in <1 hour. They pick up the phone and allow me to speak to a real person quickly. **What do you dislike about PhysicalAddress?** Difficult to get started up, due to need to mail them the notarized USPS form. Also, in my plan, they charge extra for >25 pages scanned per month -- as a typical letter includes 4 pages, I run through this pretty quickly. **Recommendations to others considering PhysicalAddress:** Best mail forwarding service **What problems is PhysicalAddress solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handling my mail while I am traveling. Providing my business with a permanent address, as I move frequently. ### 5.
