What do you dislike about phpMyAdmin?

The designer mode is a complete failure. You have to update the design every time and the layout is not automatic. The lines are not drawn in real time. I think that this part should be redesigned Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Old school, but useful"
4.5/5
What do you like best about phpMyAdmin?

I can instantly import and export full databases with just a few settings and a click. I can search for database information with a fast data searching feature. I can execute MySQL code to update our database information and programming. We can delete mass amounts of data with just a few clicks. phpMyAdmin is organized neatly in distinct columns and rows. It's easy to use after using it for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about phpMyAdmin?

Some of the fields are old school and not as efficient compared to more modern interface and sorting tools. The checkboxes and other options are a bit clunky and confusing towards the bottom of the data rows. It's easy for novice people to mess things up there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to create tables and columns in the PHPMYADMIN database and also makes navigating to the user data and information in the database very easy; you can as well import the data for offline reading and analyzing without any challenge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about phpMyAdmin?

It requires a technical person to create a functioning database, and uploading of the database is very tricky for the servers, also creating working algorithm and authentication requires people with knowledge in programmng Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A central software tool for content management"
5/5
What do you like best about phpMyAdmin?

It efficiently stores website data for websites. We can instantly retrieve data from websites to deliver viewable content and store web form submissions. We can manually search data with advanced search features. It's a great way to diagnose CMS installation and loading issues. I also like that we can import and export full database files to get websites transferred easily. phpMyAdmin works with many of the CMS software we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about phpMyAdmin?

It can be troublesome to revert changes if you don't save a copy of the database files. The interface doesn't have outstanding graphical icons or other common menu items that make software easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
