**What do you like best about PHP CRM?**

What impresses me most in PHP CRM is the flexibility and the extent of customization it allows. The fact that we can modify this software according to our peculiar business needs is a great help. The interface is so friendly that any new and old user can navigate easily through it. Also, it is a great facility that extends our capability for workflow improvement because on top of the ones we have, easily we can add modules to help in increasing efficiency. Moreover, it comes with community support and documentation, which is splendid and has helped us to face problems faster. In short, this is very wonderful software for controlling customers more effectively.

**What do you dislike about PHP CRM?**

One thing I really do not like about PHP CRM is the setup for some of its advanced features, which can be truly complex, especially to users who may not be technical. Second, the generally very user-friendly interface has areas where a more modern design could be achieved, and better responsiveness. And last but not least, there can be more performance issues with larger datasets eventually slowing operations down. Generally, this is a powerful tool, but these are areas that need more work.

**What problems is PHP CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PHP CRM really mitigates some of the major challenges our company has faced so far concerning customer relationship management. First, it streamlines our sales processes because everything that requires tracking leads, interactions, and follow-ups is put in one place, and this has improved a great deal over time.

The second advantage, which is majorly important: internal team communication that enhances sharing of customer insights and updates for serving them better with quick response times.

It finally helps in spotting trends and those points that need improvement through detailed reporting and analytics. It helps us make data-driven decisions. Overall, these benefits have translated into increased customer satisfaction and an improvement in sales performance.

**What do you like best about PHP CRM?**

I want to mention that even the free version is quite rich in features and options; I can work with leads, contacts, and simple sales funnels. The self-hosted nature also offer me the feeling of security that all my data is store on my own server.

**What do you dislike about PHP CRM?**

It appears overcrowded and unarranged on the dashboard. Relevant information, such as appointments and open issues, get buried under piles of data. This makes it challenging to manage my tasks well and ensure that the most important tasks are accomplished on time.

**What problems is PHP CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used PHP CRM for organizing customer information and performing basic sales tasks. This helps me to monitor the leads, share the quotes, and deal with invoices in one application. This has made my sales easier and communication with my clients enhanced.

**What do you like best about PHP CRM?**

Firstly, I have found that PHP CRM offers an astonishing number of features for incorporation into a development project. It appears as a dream tool for a small business on the limited budget of owning a business as this program unites all the key aspects of the customer management in one place.

**What do you dislike about PHP CRM?**

One drawback is the redundancy incurred when the opportunity is analyzed to the point of diving into specific data points or detailed reports. One unfavorable implication of this system is that it fails to give detailed results that we need in analyzing the performance of our sales funnel.

**What problems is PHP CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do agree that use of PHP CRM does help to ease some fundamental CRM operations. The location of all customer data is useful for our team because everyone can access and monitor communication.

Besides being free, it is customizable too - if you know PHP, that is. It is self-hostable an if you don't know PHP, the company offers development services too. The ready RESTful APIs are really handy too.

**What do you dislike about PHP CRM?**

The UI can be worked on and made to look a lot better.

We have clients that need to be able to view their invoices/billing statements without human intervention. PHP CRM solves that problem for us.

PHP CRM is developed according to the organization's needs and it will have everything in a single place, user management, accounting, and Marketing options. It also has inbuilt email functionality with Multiple languages and currency support. We can also integrate various APIs into the CRM to add new features and functionalities.

Unlike any other CRMs, PHP CRMs are custom made so there are no dislikes in that, in fact, it is tailored specifically to your need.
