Their invoice processing page and APIs are so fast, which has become necessary for my company. Excellent and super-knowledgeable customer service as well! **What do you dislike about Photon Commerce?** Nothing; Photon Commerce's platform is everything I ever dreamed about and so much more. One of the best decisions I made for my company was using their platform and products. **What problems is Photon Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their e-invoice system is so efficient for my company and simple to use. Any of my employees can open it up and everything's ready to go. Their APIs are also well made and exceptionally simple to implement. ### 2. It is accurate capturing around 94%+ of all shipping labels correctly. Most times there's small issues that come up but the majority of what is captured and classified is correct. The product is also quick, it doesn't take a long time to use the service on an image and the company always has speed on their mind so they are always actively making improvements to the speed which is greatly appreciated. **What do you dislike about Photon Commerce?** The tool is still being developed so it is to be expected that there might be some issues with certain fields occasionally coming back missing but as the company grows and continues to build and improve their product it is always improving the quality of it's product. **What problems is Photon Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using the Photon Commerce shipping label API I have been able to use the data returned by their API more then any other API I've used before. It provides all the necessary data in an easy to understand JSON format. Their API captures everything I need plus more if I ever needed to utilize all the data on the shipping label I would have the ability to do so with their API. ### 4. After a few meetings we were able to lock in a contract and are already saving time while efficiency is up. **What do you dislike about Photon Commerce?** Since Photon Commerce runs in the background, we haven't run into any issues yet. **Recommendations to others considering Photon Commerce:** Set up a meeting so you can ask all of the questions you need to make sure it is the right fit for your company. **What problems is Photon Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Photon Commerce automates our invoice and receipts. Making our AR and AP processing much quicker and less vulnerable to fraud or errors. Since automation in financial services is becomong more prominent, we didn't want to fall behind. Photon took away the pains for manual entry. ### 5. I've never found another service that can understand my line items. Photon can get even my level 3 data from my invoices and receipts. It's pretty crazy. **What do you dislike about Photon Commerce?** The web app they have is a bit limited in features. They're more focused on their API it seems maybe,. **Recommendations to others considering Photon Commerce:** Support is pretty good **What problems is Photon Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to get inventory data from our invoices and packing lists.
