The printed photo arrived quickly by mail, was excellent quality, and fully met all the requirements. Most importantly - it was accepted by the office without any issues. A very convenient and professional service. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to handle this quickly and stress-free. **What do you dislike about PhotoAiD?** I had problems with my local post office receiving the photo (the letter carrier didn't leave it in the box), but it's not the company's fault. **What problems is PhotoAiD solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first photo I uploaded was not compliant, but they checked it, sent me directions and I was able to correct it ### 2. It's fraudulent. They also don't honor their guarentee. **What do you dislike about PhotoAiD?** I used PhotoAid for canadian passport photos because they said they "follow all the guidelines". Well, it wasn't until I was about to send them off that I looked at the guidelines. The first requirement is that Canadian passport photos MUST be taken in person by a legitimate photographer. Obviously this is not the case with this service. When I approached them about it, here's what Barbara, their customer service person said... "our photos are meticulously inspected by biometric experts to ensure they meet all necessary standards. Additionally, we've had numerous satisfied customers from Canada who have successfully utilized our services in spite of the requirement mentioned." So, basically she assured me that they help Canadian passport applicants commit fraud all the time! The best part is that on their website they say "100% acceptable or a money back guarantee". Nope, they won't give me a refund. Stay away from this company. They're crooks and it's a really BAD idea to lie on a passport application. That can really bite you in the ass. **What problems is PhotoAiD solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, they took my money and encouraged me to lie to the canadian government. When submitted the photo was rejected by the passport office. I paid a second time to have another photo taken and that was also rejected! I have been trying to get a refund for both photos but have been unsuccessful so far! They seriously suggested I just take a photo myself and submit it and they will fix it ! I enjoyed having 3 options, one of which was free, to choose from as well. **What do you dislike about PhotoAiD?** When I first downloaded the app, I assumed it would upload my photo and actually mail it in my renewed passport for me.
