Due to a significant price increase with my old platform provider Hopin, I was stuck with an impossible timeline of researching a new platform, purchasing and onboarding, and building out an entirely virtual event in 2 weeks. I looked at many other providers, and what sold me on Pheedloop was how cheap their offerings were especially considering that you'd have a subscription to the platform for a whole year and that they don't charge for events under 100 attendees. I was getting quoted the same price from other providers for literally only a one-time event access to their platform for my one-weekend event- so it was a no-brainer for me in terms of bang for my buck.

With this highly competitive offer, Pheedloop included many base features that others would charge extra for. I even upgraded to get the advanced networking and gamification features, which were still cheaper than other companies I was considering.

The thing I'm most impressed with about Pheedloop is how easy and smooth this platform is to learn as an admin. I understood this entire platform and built out my 3 day virtual event in 48 hours. Truly, it was insane- but Pheedloop has such an easy and digestible set of resources that walks you through everything you need to know to be able to set up this platform and your events all on your own. The other game changer was the fact that they offered me 1v1 coaching calls to help me with my specific questions AND every day, they do two drop in support sesssions so you can jump in a zoom, ask your quick questions, and hear what other people's questions are. EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I can't rave enough about this platform. I was so stressed with this project and booking Pheedloop was the best, if not only, way I was able to pull my event off. I don't have many con's to share about this platform. I will say, though, that my event was small, only virtual, with less than 120 attendees. So I'm not sure if it's as financially feasible for larger events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not tech savvy but setting up a virtual event portal using Pheedloop has been simple, efficient and intuitive. Pheedloop created an extensive knowledge base with videos, tips and access to other resources to make a beautiful and impressive portal, offers office hours and sends helpful and rapid emails to help users create their portals and troubleshoot. The downside is Pheedloop is a do-it-yourself program so this may not work for people who want to outsource the entire process.
