"A Great Canadian Virtual Conference Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

While our conference is still a couple of months away, we've really liked all of the planning functions available. I used to have to manage separate programs for Call for Proposals, Attendee Registration, Exhibitor Registration, and a word press website, none of which integrated with each other. Love that exhibitors and speakers can all manage their own profiles through their personal portals too. The customer service has been amazing and patient as I ask a lot of questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

I appreciate that Pheedloop is always making changes to features and listens to the needs of the events. A couple of suggestions I have:

- A little more privacy between the attendees and the vendors. My attendees are very privacy focused so I would have preferred that exhibitors weren't able to see at all who had visited their booths unless someone specifically asked for more information.

- More design flexibility for the virtual event platform

- To allow attendees to access their attendee portal upon registration but without having access to the virtual event platform, so that they can set up their profile upon registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top Dog in Virtual Event Platforms"
5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

The combination of all features combined is what really brings Pheedloop to the top of our list. Other platforms will have one or two nice things, but it's really the fact that Pheedloop combines EVERYTHING you could possibly need under one roof that makes it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

It can be a little overwhelming to catch up with improvements made if you've been away from the platform for a long while. That being said, they have AMAZING staff that will help you out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Ease of use in setting up the virtual event Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

The editor for communications, a tool we use a lot, is a bit challenging to use as to font sizes and types not copying over from other documents well. Also, tabs are a challenge to line up as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Event Planner Review of Pheedloop"
5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

Where do I begin? Love it so much. Easy to navigate. The prompt and thoughtful support of the staff! If I have questions that I cannot find the staff are right on it when I send a message. This is why I have stayed with this platform for six years and recommend it to many others looking for this type of service. Very much like the virtual event platform which was new to me this year. The layout has been one of the best I have seen after attending many other events to check out what people are using. At first, did not want to change to the new platform but now I am hooked. Discovering new things I can do in Pheedloop. So much to learn with more potential each time I use it. Constantly adding new features and options is also awesome. Just George! What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Not being able to see the co-presenters easily as I could in the old dashboard. Not having the ability to put the end date when ON-Demand videos are listed (if there is a way I have not found it.). I do not see any downsides as I know when we give feedback, it is listened to and where possible addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from George Wong of PheedLoop

Hi Alene! Thank you so much for the incredible feedback and for giving our support team a shout out! Wow, we had no idea we've been working with you for 6 years! Thanks for all the engagement, growth, feedback and referrals over the years. Thank you also for leaving such a kind review.

We've looked into your question about co-presenters, and to us it looks the same as the old dashboard. Maybe we're missing something, we'll reach out separately. For on-demand content, there isn't a specific date you set, you just end the event whenever you'd like. Also, don't forget to check out our new simulive features if you're using pre-recorded content.

Thanks again for everything over the years.

"My favorite Virtual conference and trade show platform"
5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

I love the networking capabilities PheedLoop offers. It has a bunch of great integration capabilities as well as a ton of customizations to work with. The support team is absolutely amazing, and they are always doing their best to help out in all situations, no matter what the question. They also stayed up to date with all of the trends and are updating their platform often to keep up with the rapidly changing virtual environment. I am always looking forward to what they will offer next. I don’t think I would be in business if it wasn’t for Pheedloop. They are real game changers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

There is really nothing to dislike. I like giving an honest review, and I can’t think of one thing I dislike. Once you understand the technology, you learn that their platform is great for any type of event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pheedloop is a robust, all-inclusive platform that resulted in an enjoyable experience for all."
5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

We love that the Pheedloop's website features are customizable to a brand, and that the sections are easily embeddable into most websites. Embedding the registration form, speaker section, and agenda/schedule into our own web page was so helpful. Pheedloop's native streaming feature was a game-changer as well. Also, managing administrative tasks (adding speakers, emailing attendees, etc.) was extremely easy and intuitive. We and our attendees loved the lobby, and especially all the accessibility features. Last but not least, the support team was phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Separate charges for user and viewer credits. No option to have gallery view, especially for breakout sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from George Wong of PheedLoop

Hi Carolina!

It's so fun to hear about all the different things different PheedLoop users like. Everyone points out things that are unique to them, and I'm glad everything from the embeddable website widgets to the lobby are things you enjoyed! We have many, many more features coming very soon.

As a pay as you go platform, we try to keep things ultra transparent and affordable, so that's why you have the option to choose different credits based on users and viewers. Also, gallery view is certainly a part of our built-in tools like PheedLoop Meet, and was recently added to our Zoom integration as well if you're going that route. Give our support team a shout, they'll be delighted to guide you.

Thanks for everything Carolina! We can't wait to power your next event!

"Reliable and feature-rich with an excellent UI"
5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

PheedLoop meets all of our needs to host a multi-day academic conference. The modules all integrate with one another so there's no need to export and finagle with data. Customer service is prompt and helpful. The platform is easy to use; we had first-time virtual event attendees in 2020 and our population ranges from mid-20s-60s++; there were only minor learning curve bumps (to be expected). The back-end is presented nicely with intuitive menu systems that limit the amount of "deep clicks" necessary to perform tasks. As the organizer, I appreciate the efficiency of the system. It's feature-rich and highly customizable without being bogged down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

There were a couple of quirks: in 2020 it was impossible to designate Timezone to reflect local time on some areas. (This has since been fixed). The proposal software could use some better features to assign proposals to reviewers and include the ability to see which proposals still have yet to be assigned to a reviewer by looking at the dashboard without exporting a file. At a glance, it would be preferable to be able to sort proposals by "assigned to reviewer(s)" and "unassigned" to improve workflow. In 2020, zoom did not support all the features desired by our audience (breakouts, gallery view), and we had some sessions leaving PL to connect in a zoom room and some people staying in PL to connect; this created a challenge to keep up with the text chat, though folks adapted. (break-outs have since been added and gallery view seems to be works in progress for 2021). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from George Wong of PheedLoop

Thanks for the awesome review! Glad to hear the support, platform, dashboard, etc. were all easy and powerful to use! Yes, the platform really is designed with efficiency in mind. We really take the responsibility of being an event management platform seriously, which means engineering not just the attendee facing experience, but the experience for the event managers behind the scenes as well.

As you mentioned, automatic timezone management is now a major part of PheedLoop and was part of our efforts in Q3/Q4 to make PheedLoop a much more accessible and globally compatible platform (launched with a multi-language interface, AI powered accessibility widget, and more).

Thanks for your feedback on the proposals side. We have a lot of features coming up for abstract and proposal management this spring and summer, so stay tuned! We know a lot of events like the fact that we're one of the few platforms that offers an integrated proposal management system, so we have a lot more on the roadmap here.

Gallery views have always been a part of our built-in streaming solution, and our Zoom integration just launched gallery view a few weeks back!

Thanks again Carolyn, we can't wait to power your next event!

"User Friendly, Versatile and Huge WOW Factor!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

I love the versatility and user-friendly platform that Pheedloop offers. Logging in was a breeze, and learning my way around the platform was very intuitive. The FAQs and How-To guides provided by the PheedLoop team, in addition to the customer service, allowed me to problem solve quickly and without frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

The user credit system is a bit confusing, especially when explaining to clients. I feel PheedLoop is very transparent about how the credits work, but my clients had some difficulty fully understanding what features they wanted and how much they cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PheedLoop?

The tools & support were the best for me; prompt responses and easy-to-access, in-depth support materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

Nobody likes the uncertainty with any virtual event - the risk of any technical errors or network problems. That is the risk you take with any virtual platform. But, even though we had a few issues that we did encounter with our speakers and attendees, our event was a success! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experience, support, and attendee feedback!"
5/5
What do you like best about PheedLoop?

I'm grateful for the simplicity of building a virtual event and the control to make changes quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PheedLoop?

It would be helpful to have more than one "master" account so I don't have to share these sensitive login details but other users can still have admin access (that I control). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
