Previously, processing time and occasional server instability were minor concerns. However, I’ve noticed that the server stability has improved significantly, and the platform feels much more reliable now.

I have a few concerns. The pricing policy seems to change periodically, which makes planning difficult. Also, for two days I could not use the fast-speed processing even though I still had more than one hour of minutes remaining. I had to cut my video into 5-minute segments and upload them separately, which significantly increased translation time.

I would also strongly recommend adding Georgian language support. There are frequent cases where translation fails, although it is interesting that the same content works when uploaded in shorter (5-minute) segments.

I've been using Perso AI for a while and originally subscribed to their so-called “unlimited” plan — which was never truly unlimited to begin with. The limit was 5 videos per day, up to 15 minutes each, but I accepted that and kept using the platform.

However, things got significantly worse. About a week ago, Perso AI changed all subscription plans overnight, even for customers who were still under active, paid plans. They sent a last-minute maintenance notice, claiming the update would bring “better pricing and improved functionality.”

What actually happened was the complete opposite.

My plan was downgraded to only 120 minutes of fast dubbing, and after those credits run out, they supposedly offer “unlimited” dubbing in “legend speed.” But there is nothing unlimited about it. Once the credits are gone, you can only dub 5-minute videos, and only once every 6 hours.

How is that unlimited in any possible definition?

The new system is a massive downgrade — easily 1000% worse than the previous structure. It feels like a total disregard and lack of respect for existing customers who supported the platform early on. Instead of honoring the original plan or grandfathering old users, they imposed restrictions that make the service nearly unusable.

I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Transparency and customer respect should be a priority, especially in a subscription-based product. Unfortunately, the way Perso AI managed this update has made me lose trust in the platform.

I initially subscribed to the highest plan because it was advertised as “unlimited,” which in reality it never was. My account was constantly blocked.

Later, they limited the most expensive plan to 360 minutes per month, but I was only given 345 minutes.

I then had a call to discuss a custom enterprise plan, where I received very poor customer service. I was told that if I wanted dubbing, it would cost USD 2,000 for 1,000 minutes, which is completely abusive and totally disconnected from what I was previously paying — supposedly just because I would have a “dedicated advisor,” which I do not need.

With the latest update, they completely ruined the service. This feels like a scam. I will not purchase any of their services again and I am unsubscribing immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because Perso AI is collaborating with Elevenlab's voice engine, the voice cloning quality of dubbed video was amazing. What's more impressive was that Perso AI even lip syncs. So it was really natural to see the dubbed video. Because most of the dubbed video does not have lip synced. Although it takes some time to finish the dubbing process, it was totally worth the money! What I like the most about Perso AI is its ability to easily translate videos into multiple languages. The tool can translate the narration without affecting other sounds, fully preserving background music and sound effects. Fake. Liars. Advertised as "UNLIMITED AI DUBBING". You upload a video, do a couple of changes, limits hit for the day because of "fair use".

Since when "fair use" is a couple of renders? Like, not saying 100 videos a day (ok, that would be pretty unfair). But call it unlimited and cap it at a couple of videos? Literally did two (which failed btw, and their system fails count towards the limit) and limited for 24h.

Not even done. Support stopped answering once I asked for transparency on the real limits. Because saying UNLIMITED and limiting to a couple is dishonest, concerning, and false advertising.

Oh, and they also do not comply with law and generate official tax business invoice when requested.
