Geofencing could be a good improvement, as well as local partnerships. **What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have only used Amazon, since it's what was the most reasonable (and easy) being in Brazil. ### 2. The flexibility and ability to meet the relaxation/entertainment preferences of my family is amazing. **What do you dislike about PerkUp?** There have been some hiccups, but the PerkUp team has responded quickly and handled it with professionalism. But the most difficult part has been the choice. The sheer number of options overwhelmed me and I had a hard time figuring out what to spend my PerkUp cash on. **What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** PerkUp is a benefit from my employer that is helping me cover my mental health and physical health needs. ### 7. Adding funds to cards is incredibly easy and efficient. Plus, the customer service is great, the team is responsive, always helpful, and available when you need them. **What do you dislike about PerkUp?** Some more information regarding why transactions are being declined would be helpful! **What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We spend the vast majority of our lives working, and expectations have shifted. Providing our team with perks and benefits they are ACTUALLY interested in using with an expansive range of options (which is continually growing) that are tailored to each individual personally has been instrumental in improving employee satisfaction. As a result, it takes forever to place an order and I often give up.) **What problems is PerkUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to allow employees on our remote team to expense food for virtual company socials. It is convenient and works no matter where you live (in the US at least, not sure about international). ### 18.
