"Efficient Travel Booking with Stellar Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I find Perk(formerly TravelPerk) quite easy to use. I just have to submit my tickets and someone else approves it on the other side, whether it's for trains, flights, or hotels. This process takes me less than two minutes, which is fantastic because I'm using it on a weekly basis. It's also easy to find information about travel, which means efficiency for me, especially when looking up return policies or ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Plus, the support is very good. I've had situations where my hotel was canceled, and Perk stepped in with support, helping out quickly and sorting everything efficiently. This good support means I don't have to worry if something goes wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I find that the checkout has too many steps, and I feel it could be more streamlined. It also would benefit from being able to merge trips if I accidentally create two separate ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Booking with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) provides a good overview of possible trips. The ability to book travels to events seamlessly is a big plus for me. Also, the live assistance by the support team has been very helpful every time I needed it. When there were no available options through the user interface, the support team was there to help me book my travels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Sometimes there are no available travel options in the user interface due to issues like rail road works. In those cases, I have to rely on the support team to book my travels instead, which can be inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything in one place: automatic invoices, integrated payments, and immediate support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Everything in one place, travel, hotels, etc. The linking with payment methods, and the automatic obtaining of invoices, which are linked to the payment method. This facilitates accounting. The support is immediate, they have always resolved my issues. And the interface is user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

In the case of making a hotel reservation, it is not possible to request shared rooms if only one traveler has been added. Other portals are more flexible in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perk Streamlines Travel Automation with Powerful Reporting and Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Perk has made my work life exponentially better and more streamlined. Travel plans are now automated and I was able to integrate our travel policies into our system, including cost parameters when approval is required. The reporting function has enabled us to make informed decisions when it comes to travel budgeting. Support is second-to-none. I have specifically worked with Trevor O. and Michael W. and would recommend working with them to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The one function that I would love to see added is the ability to book hotel rooms using a corporate / block code that we sometimes receive when we are attending conferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The attention when you have problems. The chat assistance is very useful, and solves any problem or requirement you need. And the attention at any time and in many languages is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Sometimes there are no all the flight options in the system, so I needed to request directly to an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamlined Business Travel"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like that Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is constantly improving, with visible enhancements to both the mobile app and desktop. It simplifies my expense submission process, making it much easier and provides a really wide range of options, especially in hotel bookings. It also helps me understand the best routes for travel. I enjoy that I can connect it to my calendar through Google Calendar, making it easy to keep track of my train journeys and reminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I find it frustrating that when they added split fares, I don't get a booked seat, which is a problem on busy train journeys. I'm not keen on standing up a lot of the time. It would be better if I could use that time productively, and standing up on a train isn't ideal when that happens. There are a lot of updates that don't seem to auto-update. Quite often, I have to update when I need to access a ticket, and I'm not always in a place with WiFi, which creates problems. Regular auto updates would be really useful. "Perk Makes Business Travel Booking Fast, Centralised, and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Perk (formerly TravelPerk) has been a useful platform for managing business travel within our organisation. The user interface is clean, intuitive and easy to navigate, making it straightforward to search, compare and book flights, hotels and transport from a single platform. The booking process is quick, and travel itineraries are well organised, which makes it easy to manage business trips.

The platform integrates well into our travel workflow, helping employees manage their own bookings while remaining within company travel policies. This has reduced the amount of manual coordination required and improved the overall booking process.

From a performance perspective, the platform has generally been responsive and reliable. Searches load quickly, bookings are processed efficiently, and I've found it stable during day-to-day use without experiencing significant issues.

In terms of value, Perk helps save time by centralising travel management and reducing administrative effort. Having all travel options and booking information in one place improves efficiency and makes it easier to manage business travel across the organisation.

My experience with onboarding and support has been positive. The platform is easy to learn, so very little training is needed for new users. The available help resources and documentation have been sufficient whenever guidance has been required.

The AI-powered features appear to help with recommendations and making the booking experience more efficient by surfacing relevant travel options and simplifying trip planning. While AI isn't something I interact with directly during every booking, it contributes to a smoother overall user experience.

Overall, Perk provides a reliable, user-friendly solution for business travel management. It simplifies booking, improves visibility over travel arrangements, and helps reduce the administrative effort involved in organising work-related travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Overall, my experience with Perk has been positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, some travel options available directly with airlines or hotels don't appear on the platform, so comparing prices outside the platform can sometimes be worthwhile. I would also like to see more flexibility when applying company travel policies or approvals for exceptional cases. In addition, while the interface is easy to use, having more advanced filtering, reporting and travel analytics would be beneficial for administrators. Finally, expanding the AI-powered recommendations to provide more personalised travel suggestions and cost-saving insights would make the platform even more valuable. "Easy-to-Use Platform with Great Perks and Rewards"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

the variety of perks and rewards available on Perk is very good. I especially like the net pay perk where you can purchase home & electricals through your net salary. the website is very easy to use and navigate, it is quick to use making redeeming your rewards quick and easy. the onboarding process was simple and if I had any queries or questions I could easily chat to the AI assistant to help me find the answers to my questions, if not I was put through to an agent for help. The pricing of benefits and rewards seems fair as there is no interest charged on the net pay reward scheme for example and the integrations are widely varied. What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I would like to see more gym companies available through Perk, there was alot more localised gyms in the old benefits/rewards scheme we used and this is something I think Perk could expand on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perk Makes Travel Booking Effortless with a User-Friendly Interface and Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The Perk system works exactly as I need it to, it has a very user friendly interface, which allows me to simply filter different categories. The support system is excellent, when I arrived at the hotel, the payment was not taken and the Perk support system was able to kick-in and I could speak to an agent who could support me. It's significantly improved how efficiently I can book travel, as it seamlessly integrates between plane, rail and hotel interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Some airlines may now show for some reason (for example Ryanair). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Business Travel with Quick Bookings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I really like Perk because it has a very simple interface that makes booking my business travels really easy. I can send approval requests to my manager in just a matter of minutes and receive tickets pretty fast, which means I don't have to worry about anything once I board the flight or arrive at the hotel. The simplicity and user experience are definitely great aspects. Plus, having access to many flight options and hotel selections across Europe is very useful. It's also much more agile, simple, and efficient in managing the company's travel needs, which is a big plus for me. The initial setup was also super easy, which I appreciate. What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?
