"Good solution for managing business trips. All-in-one (almost)"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Easy search, real prices (mostly), possibility to filter in the search, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

1) Ouigo is missing on the trains. 2) Especially in flights, not being able to search for more days (for example +/- 1 day; +/- 2 days, it would be good to see the travel options to a destination for an entire week for example); 3) You cannot group all the purchases of a "trip" as if it were a folder or repository; the only way to group it is by buying it at the same time, which is often not possible; 4) That it is not possible to change the name of a "trip" or purchase already made; this is absurd because the purchase already has an associated ID, the name you give it yourself is not necessary and is only for your own use. "Facilitate Travel Management, but Customer Service Must Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like the ease of use of Perk (formerly TravelPerk) and its clear view. The system works very similarly to other platforms, which makes it easy to use. It also helps me with easy and simple billing, so I don't have to be gathering invoices from multiple providers. Additionally, I can review invoices and ongoing trips without complications. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I find it practically impossible to speak with an agent by phone to manage last-minute changes. The phone service is not good, and when you try to make changes to flights or last-minute reservations, the system is too slow and fails to book if there are few seats. Through the chat, they tell you to do it by phone, but it's impossible to talk to someone, or you have to wait so long that you end up missing the flight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hassle-Free Business Travel Booking with an Intuitive, Time-Saving Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Perk makes booking business trips completely hassle-free. The interface is intuitive, and comparing flights, hotels, and rail options side-by-side saves a ton of time While I don't manage our account subscription directly, the value provided in time saved is huge. Having flights, hotels, and rail bookings under one roof—combined with automated policy approvals and centralized corporate billing—saves our team hours of admin work and expense reporting per trip. That convenience alone makes it worth the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

We lost the option to see which hotels another team member book for the same Event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Global Travel Management :)"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I really appreciate the synergy and consolidation that Perk(formerly TravelPerk) provides as it is really helpful for reporting and analysis. Having the ability to manage data in a consolidated way for real-time tracking without having to worry is fantastic. The integration with our accounting and financial processes is already set up in the system allowing us to connect each expense to specific cost centers and payment cards, which helps us control cash flow better. The connection with different providers worldwide is a good benefit and the platform's usability is appreciated. The initial setup was smooth and through time, we've been learning to take more advantage, and this has made us happy and continue our experience. We've also had a good customer service experience, overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Our biggest pain at the moment is not having individual users access to the platform. So we currently have admins running the travels for the rest of the team. But we would like also the team to have a simplified view with no extra cost where they can access their profile and see their past and planned travels. Like, if they could have their own individual historical information on the platform and just access it in a view mode. No need or space to make changes because we have an admin team that does that. "Simplifies Travel Booking with Minor Price Clarity Issues"
4/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I love that I can plan my whole trip with Perk as it's incredibly simple to use. I was able to book flight tickets, train tickets for local travel, and hotel boarding all in one app. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward, which made getting started a breeze. Overall, it's convenient for managing my travel needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I find the price breakdown a bit confusing. For instance, if I forget to select a seat while booking a flight and try to go back to choose one, the app shows the full flight price again without breaking down the charges, making it hard to understand what I'm being charged for specifically. "TravelPerk Makes Business Travel Booking Effortless and Stress-Free"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

What I like best about TravelPerk is how seamlessly it simplifies complex business trips by combining effortless booking, top-tier customer support, and flexible travel management into one stress-free platform. seamlessly integrated functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The biggest drawback of TravelPerk is that flight and hotel prices are often higher than booking directly, while handling last-minute cancellations or itinerary changes through customer support can feel clunky and slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Trip Booking With Smooth Web & Mobile Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Being able to so easily book hotels and flights and cabs all in a single trip. I travel often and everything starts with creating a trip and basically adding components to the trips - right from trains from my city to airport, hotels and flights. Has a mobile app as well that helps me stay up to date with flight changes. Web and Mobile both work very smooth. Perk support has always been available when required - one call away whenever there are issues with airlines or hotels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Flight search experience could be better. Sometimes, we search for some flights and the airline changes the flight in the background and is not reflected automatically in the background. This could be further polished Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Navigate in the Browser, with Solid Search and Filters Overall and Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

The search and filter options still have room for improvement, but overall they work well. I also find it easier to use and navigate the product in a browser than on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Vastly different results depending on whether you use the app on your phone or the browser.

The search results will appear to fit my budget, but then during the booking process—or even once I select an offer—the price suddenly ends up out of budget.

I always reserve seats whenever possible when I travel. Even though it says that if you don’t select a specific seat, a seat will be reserved for you, I’ve had the problem several times now that I ended up with no seat reservation.

The search and filter options could also be a lot better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful booking suggestions, but car rental pickup locations need clearer details"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like when I make one booking, it suggests additional bookings like cars and stays based on that booking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I hate booking cars because it kind of hides the actual pickup location, so sometimes I've booked a rental car and it was at a totally different location than what I had searched for because they make it so inconspicuous. I also think you need to highlight when the rental is actually located AT the airport and not offsite somewhere so I know I'm booking the right one. I don't have any clue what an airport's address is so I have to waste time and look up if it's the airport location or some other rental agency in a nearby neighborhood. "Easy Flight Booking and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like how easy is to book flights and then manage my booking, just by selecting my destination and dates I get several options to choose from, when I needed support changing a reservation or similar I always received promtly help or a response to my enquiry, the integration with the mobile app is reliable, I received real time updates of the status of my flight, this helped me a lot, saving me a lot of time since I don't have to open my laptop to check this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

This is not a regular thing, but it happened a couple of times when I required support changing a flight date, the app was waiting for my confirmation of the new price, but this was sent in an email on saturday,, after a while I contacted them, that's when I found about the email.
