What do you like best about Performance Pro?

I like when I set goals I can add the percentages in for that goal. I like I can see the percentages for the weighted goal as well as set goals and then the steps your going to take in order to keep that goal. Its also easy to go back and look at often so your staying on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
