What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

I'm not sure if this is an issue with Performance Pro, but my annual evaluation should be held in mid October, but because my first 6-month evaluation happened in mid-April, my annual evaluation has also been set to mid-April. It also seems difficult for the appraisers to use as I have had the incorrect appraiser for my evaluation two times thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
