The layout is clear and intuitive, so it's incredibly easy to figure out where to go for everything you need. As an employee, I use it to write my own appraisals, and it’s so straightforward that I never feel lost or confused. On the other side of things, I also write appraisals for my direct reports, and the system makes that process just as simple. Navigating between different sections of the platform is a breeze, which really streamlines my workflow. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design of HRN, and it makes performance reviews less stressful and more efficient for both managers and employees. I really appreciate how well everything is organized and how easy it is to switch between tasks, whether I'm filling out my own review or providing feedback for my team.
