Performance Pro is generally easy to use, both as a supervisor completing evaluations and as an employee completing self evaluations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a supervisor, it can be a bit confusing to find historical information about past evaluations. However, I know there is a modern interface, so perhaps this issue has been addressed with the new interface that my Human Capitol department hasn't enabled for us yet. What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it's obvious that Performance Pro helps with evaluating the performance of employees, but it's also helpful as a supervisor when completing One to Ones, especially when we're tracking longer-term goals set by the employee. I can enter notes each time we meet so that I have a full picture of their efforts and involvement as they've worked on their goals for each 6-month evaluation period.
