What do you like best about Pepper?

I use Pepper Content for end-to-end content marketing support, and it helps me track and bifurcate content while maintaining consistency in quality and workflows. It reduces the back-and-forth of managing multiple freelancers, making the process quicker, organized, and performance-focused. I really like the dashboard for tracking writers and ongoing projects. My favorite part is how it combines human creativity with AI, making collaboration with creators easy, allowing feedback, and tracking everything on one platform. This brings structure and visibility to the entire content process, reducing miscommunication, saving time, and ensuring deadlines are met. The initial setup was highly easy with a complete walkthrough from the team, who also introduced new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pepper?

If I had to point out improvement areas, I would say that since Pepper Content has evolved quickly from a marketplace platform to an AI-led marketing platform, sometimes feature transitions or product positioning can feel a bit fast-paced for new users. Clearer communication around new features, pricing structure, or workflow changes could make adoption better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pepper?

I like how responsive Pepper is and that they are open to feedback and iterating on their quality pieces. We also have a shared Slack channel, which is the easiest way we communicate with them, along with a weekly call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pepper?

I'm not impressed with the quality of Pepper's writing or their technical review. The first drafts we received often sounded too generic, like they were written with average AI, which required three to five rounds of iteration despite the detailed onboarding of our business, goals and ideal client profile... The writing quality and some technical recommendations haven't added up, and have even hurt our AI visibility by incorrectly advising us to block important bots. I actually wouldn't recommend them, and for the same price as an enterprise contract, I think hiring someone in-house who understands business context would be more beneficial.
