You can easily manage a large group of people and get data that are helpful for a team's manager and for HR. A few best things I would mention here are the following: - Time off requests. Every employee reporting to you can send a request for a time off, with a reason or document attached to it and you can approve or reject and provide a comment as well. - Shift Planning. You can easily add the schedule for a team member for an entire month and adjust it after if needed. - Clock in and out. Every employee can log in to PeopleQlik and they can clock in at the start of the shift and clock out when they're done with their work. Each manager can pull a report that shows the team's attendance within a period of time. **What do you dislike about PeopleQlik?** The only thing I dislike about PeopleQlik is that I can only have a pre-set schedule. I usually have a flexible schedule, and usually, I show either early or late in PeopleQlik. **What problems is PeopleQlik solving and how is that benefiting you?** PeopleQlik has been very helpful in reporting the team's hours. We no longer need to check how many hours each employee has worked, overtime hours, holidays, etc. We pull a report and have all the information we need. ### 3. PeopleQlik benefits **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** John V. | Sales executive & web developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021 **What do you like best about PeopleQlik?** Before switching to peoleqlik we were using much more dificult admin for clocking in/out , with peopleqlik its a 1 button click , also on the other side you have a complete info regarding the team and structure , and what employee reports to who ,aswell requesting a day off / or vacational leave its preety simple with a drag n drop feature to select the dates , also it helps keep you up to date regarding your compensation and what leaving days are left avaliable,it also shows you the compensation of your salary aswell any other extras for commision,alongside with the self paying system, with direct deposits and pre tax approval ,employees can send in requests at any time of this , including the filing of w-2,in overal would recommend this tool to every company !! **What do you dislike about PeopleQlik?** The only thing i dislike regarding peopleqlik is the shift setup, there are people coming in to work early and some of the employees stay after work, you are not able to clock in earlier than your scheduled 8hr shift, also even though you are clocked in it automaticaly clocks you out after 8 hrs , not being able to track the proper time with this , ofcourse there can be scheduled earlier clock ins but not as realy needed .This should be improved on ! Also not at all times the automatic calculation did the right job **Recommendations to others considering PeopleQlik:** I would highly recommend this tool to any company/organization that has more employees , it saves you a lot of time and headache if you were to use other products , switching to this tool was a blast for everyone , keep in mind that it will cost you ( not much ) compared to google services but saves a lot of time for many features ! **What problems is PeopleQlik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of sick leaves , vacational leaves , and employee atendance,keeping track of who is off the team and compensation tools,also the employees are avalaible to see their contract and they have a clearer picture of what they are singing , alongside their offer letters. ### 4. We use it to book vacations, days off, emergency days and it's a breeze. **What do you dislike about PeopleQlik?** It's got a long way to go. Some requests seem like an overly drawn-out process that can be simplified. And it might be nice that they remove features that companies might not use. **Recommendations to others considering PeopleQlik:** Consider the features your company uses and compare them to what your company uses, anything none of use to you, have it removed as it takes space. **What problems is PeopleQlik solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me remember coworker birthdays, to realize who's on vacation, to guide me in the right department via the hierarchy section. And it helps eliminate miscommunciations. ### 5. The plan was that we use PeopleQlik for payroll as well, but it is taking too long until implemented due to specific needs that our company has! Attendance reports are another thing worth mentioning since it has helped us a lot monitoring during WFH. **What do you dislike about PeopleQlik?** Nothing in particular that stands out as a shortcoming! **Recommendations to others considering PeopleQlik:** It will save a whole lot of time and manual tracking, that could be channeled towards other tasks! **What problems is PeopleQlik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attendance monitoring, leaves in general, paid vacation, or sick leaves. The design is tailored to worker's needs and most of what used to be an email request can be achieved directly from the website. **What do you dislike about PeopleQlik?** The downsides are occasional unexplained freezing of the website, the timeout log out option might be useful for some but constantly logging back in gets too annoying after a while. **What problems is PeopleQlik solving and how is that benefiting you?** The usage of the service is mostly to simplify the process of any requests needed to make to a certain department. It does quite excel at that by making it easier to make requests which used to take a few steps more. ### 7.
