**What do you like best about PeoplePulse?**

feedback process setup which would help to get the proper response from the employees. We have used the NPS and Customer Satisfaction surevy. Comapring with the competitors it does perform well.

**What do you dislike about PeoplePulse?**

It seems to be not so user friendly for someone who uses the peoplepulse for the first time. Probabaly could resdesign the way it takes the customer through its interface firsttime.

**What problems is PeoplePulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem about getting the exact response of emloyees as well as customers. We were able to make some changes in the product which in turn actually helped us to make some sales

**What do you like best about PeoplePulse?**

Easy to fill performance review and able to customize what fields you want in your resume. Slack integration is very useful as you can fill your performance from slack app itself without even login to peoplepulse

**What do you dislike about PeoplePulse?**

If you want to access directly from website sometimes it becomes very difficult to login using google account. It says your workspace is not fount

**What problems is PeoplePulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making easy for employees to fill performance review which sames employee hours which can be utilized in more important works

**What do you like best about PeoplePulse?**

PeoplePulse allows the addition of videos and images seamlessly and their API integrates with our website without any hassles. Some of the other players cause latency issues when you add files.

**What do you dislike about PeoplePulse?**

The prefabricated templates are not innovative in their designs and that limits our appearance in front of our users. There must be a broader range of options to choose from or let users customize the templates.

**Recommendations to others considering PeoplePulse:**

PeoplePulse is a fantastic tool for gathering low scale data or feedback for your organization.

**What problems is PeoplePulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a paperless and smooth employee exit feedback system. With PeoplePulse, we are able to gather, process and analyze employee exit data in a better way thus saving valuable time.

**What do you like best about PeoplePulse?**

It will help us in survey so that we can know our employees and their preferences. It also give us data security so that we can use it without fear and also we can analyse the report. This is online so we survey remotely.

**What do you dislike about PeoplePulse?**

Everything is good but this can improve more features so that we can use it for more things. It will become more user friendly so it will be more easy to understand for lower level employees as well

**What problems is PeoplePulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We basically solve survey prlroblem as before we don't have tool and time for server do it helps us to know our employees requirement and their preferences. If also take less time and we can easily analyse the outcome.

The tool is user friendly and allows constant monitoring of employee pulse which is required in today's fast pace environment.

Stakehokder inclusion and reporting is good and can be further improved

Real time data realisation of employee pulse check. Attrition threats are understood in advance.
