**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

There are some limitations and technical difficulties. I find the functionality and performance of PeopleFluent Org Charting a cumbersome. It is not the user software out there it serves its purpose hecticcly.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

It does not allow us to share our chart with both the college community and the public, which is crucial for our organization. Customizing the charts requires steps like printing to PDF and editing with Adobe Acrobat. These inconveniences are not overshadowed by the programs functionality.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Org Charting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user interface design is unattractive making navigation and usage difficult. Using this system demands a time investment for users to learn it properly which is quite a hurdle. The tool lacks integration with employment data.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

PeopleFluent Org Charting has limitations and a less user friendly interface. Its functionality provides limited tools, for managing and sharing charts. It does not allow for sharing of charts within our college community and with the public.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

The software is time consuming since it requires printing to PDF and editing in Adobe Acrobat. The visual appeal of the user interface leaves much to be desired making navigation and effective utilization a bit challenging.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Org Charting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a learning curve involved, demanding time to become proficient. The software also lacks the capability to export employment data into spreadsheet format effortlessly which limits its compatibility with tools. Implementing PeopleFluent Org Charting requires preparation and testing.

It is easy to see the alignment and changes when there is any headcount changes. It improve organizational planning for headcount and budgeting

It's not as intuitive or easy to use as I personally would like. It can be a bit clunky

Hiring, staffing, and general employee management. Yes, it benefits us and helps us stay organized.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

It is an easy-to-use design tool to efficiently create, analyze and manage a wide variety of professional organizational charts in HR, its execution model and operating system is really useful, efficient and interesting, in our case it helps in the dissemination of data from the organization through the intranet which is very efficient to improve the data processes in RH that allows to generate reports and graphs from data stored in practically any database, the scalability and flexibility of the product records very good results, even Better than expected, the platform can handle more than 20.000 employees, which means that no matter the size of the company, the software is capable of offering a reliable, fluid service with functional resources.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

After continuously implementing and reviewing the service, we observed few limitations, the most striking was the inability to trace organic structures that were not part of a traditional rigid scheme, the platform has limitations to configure non-standard work structures, such as web configurations , this directly implies technical complications for much more flexible work environments that require the development of more complex structures based on much more dynamic and free criteria, in these cases the service will not be able to respond efficiently since its templates are standard and rigid based on traditional corporate schemes.

It is a solution capable of establishing strong connections, clear communication, more collaboration, the tool offers you a visual directory, optimally ordered for large companies and corporations.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Org Charting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The digital platform is capable of empowering the workforce, to opt for a more organized and productive functional structure, the organization charts are more visual and intuitive and allow us to transmit data-based information and many reports and documents with a simple and easy-to-understand method in reduced times.

The software is full of various helpful features and allows for lots of customisation. Using a data import for chart generation is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

It's not the most user friendly software to use, and took ages to get fully to grips with.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Org Charting:**

Take the time to learn it. We did not go live with it but I would have liked to have done, so just persevere.

We have looked for a long time to find software that allowed our end users to quickly and easily see who reports to who and where. This helps us along that direction.

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

I like that you can set permissions of what each user can see of the org chart and that it has a private and public view so you can share it with the public. I don't have rights to change or update it but it's been really helpful to me when I have a project and I need to see who is in charge of the are where my project will take place.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

Nothing so far.  It works pretty well for us.  We use it mainly to share our org chart with the college community and the public.

We use it to keep our company org chart and be able to share it company wide

**What do you like best about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

Integrates with our HRIS to produce charts on demand, and produces print-friendly charts that are easily shared.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

Charts are not easy to customize at all, and much of the time, I am printing to PDF and making edits via Adobe Acrobat. Any use of the product is time-intensive, and there is no intuitive way to make adjustments or filter data. The functionality is high, but it would be a full-time job to learn this program well enough to make good use of it.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Org Charting:**

If employment data is easily queried into a spreadsheet, then I think you would be better off making use of any simple charting software.

**What problems is PeopleFluent Org Charting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrgPublisher allows me to quickly pull org charts for executive leadership based on live data in our HRIS. We intended to roll this out for additional users in our community, but due to how unfriendly the product is to super users, we have placed these plans on hold and are currently seeking new products to help us achieve this goal.

Orgpublisher is a powerful application with many specialize functions for creating org charts. We are able to gain insights into different facets of our organization that we were not able to before.

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Org Charting?**

The visual aesthetics are not that great. 

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleFluent Org Charting:**

It's worth trying out, although you have to get past the UI look and feel.

We have been searching for the best application to use to create org charts for internal company use and client use.
