The platform has dramatically increased employee morale, as well as it has helped managers/supervisors easily recognize, reward, and engage staff in real-time. Short Company? There really isnt much. I would say the ability to do certain things in the system from the admin portal. But the customer service team is always helping us get to where we need to be. Short Company? I liked being able to encourage and praise employees in an easy to follow format. I liked earning and distributing points toward purchases. I felt the prizes could be attained quicker to encourage the manager and the employees. Also, I didn't feel I knew how many points I'd gifted and how many remained for the quarter.
