**What do you like best about Pentaho?**

I do like the ability to chart sales/profits, when it works.  There's often a time when it doesn't.

**What do you dislike about Pentaho?**

I don't enjoy the downtimes involved with using Pentaho.  It's frequent.

**Recommendations to others considering Pentaho:**

Try out other services first!

**What problems is Pentaho solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the time-suck that is pulling data that is relevant to our business.
