I can create content and make necessary changes with ease as it comes with a user-friendly format complete with a drag-and-drop editor. **What do you dislike about PencilBlue?** As is evident, there is no inbuilt e-commerce in PencilBlue. This means that I have to link a different e-commerce system to handle our online shop. Using two different platforms in the manpower process is not easy and additional technical knowledge is required for the same. **What problems is PencilBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?** PencilBlue makes easier for a user to write, edit and share content on their website. Due to this aspect, the functionality improves the general content creation process since low technicality may be required to input information into the website. ### 2. Everything can be customized by the users through dragging and dropping. I really appreciate how it can integrate so easily with Mongodb, and how painless installation was. **What do you dislike about PencilBlue?** I think if they had 24/7 customer online support, that would be pretty awesome. The dashboard interface could use an update as the UI looks a bit outdated. **What problems is PencilBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've realized that I can have an affordable way to manage the content I create on my blog without learning much coding for full-stack online publishing because platforms such as Pencilblue can provide an easy interface. ### 3. I like it, don't get me wrong, but I know when I recommend PencilBlue to friends, it's a "catch" to them for sure. **What problems is PencilBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was sick of building websites with php and poor integrations with MEAN stacks.
