Pearson TalentLens offers many reliable and diverse solutions. They work with numerous test authors, which allows for this wealth of solutions. Personally, I systematically use the critical thinking test (Watson-Glaser III) for recruiting managers. It is the only test on the market that allows for the evaluation of this psychological dimension, which is also an essential skill for any manager who must make decisions and therefore must demonstrate discernment, a broad perspective, and the ability to sort through information to ensure the reliability of their choices. More than ever, it is necessary to use tools that are not only scientifically valid and reliable but also tools whose technology, with well-constructed, powerful algorithms, accounts for numerous factors. Pearson TalentLens combines both concepts. Easy to use for the client and also to integrate into the consultant's daily operations. A rich platform that also continuously updates norms for powerful validity, taking into account societal factors and new sampling.
