Personally, I systematically use the critical thinking test (Watson-Glaser III) for recruiting managers. It is the only test on the market that allows for the evaluation of this psychological dimension, which is also an essential skill for any manager who must make decisions and therefore must demonstrate discernment, a broad perspective, and the ability to sort through information to ensure the reliability of their choices.
