"Easy PDF Editing and Templates That Keep Document Work Fast and Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

I often receive PDFs from clients for design approvals, quotations, and project requirements, so being able to edit them without converting the file is what I find most useful. Adding text, marking changes, inserting signature fields, and sharing the updated document can all be done from one place. I also like using reusable templates for documents that follow a similar format, which saves time and helps keep everything consistent. The interface is easy to understand, so even occasional document tasks don't feel complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

The platform covers most document tasks well, but working with large or heavily designed PDFs can sometimes take a little longer than expected. I would also like to see smarter AI features for extracting information from forms and organizing document content automatically. That would reduce some of the manual checking before sending files to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Muzammil hi! Many thanks for such a detailed and super positive review, we grealy appreciate that!

Happy to be of help with design approvals, quotations and other important documentation for your business!

Regarding the AI part though: we DO have an AI assistant which can help summarize, edit, extract, re-organize and more! It's the blue round button with stars in the top right corner of your screen, just near your photo/logo.

"Keeping every PDF task in one place has simplified my workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

One of the first things I notice is how easy it is to edit PDFs that would normally be a pain to work with. Updating text, adding images, creating fillable fields, or getting a document ready for signature only takes a few minutes, and I can do everything straight from the browser. More than once we've had to make last-minute changes to a proposal right before sending it, and being able to update it without downloading or converting files has saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. I also end up using templates all the time. A lot of our contracts, proposals, and onboarding documents are almost identical from one client to the next, so instead of copying old files and hoping nobody forgets to update something, we just fill in the fields and move on. It saves time and cuts down on those little mistakes that always seem to sneak in. I also like how easy it is to share documents, send them out for signature, and keep track of where everything stands. Instead of wondering if someone has reviewed a contract or signed a document yet, I can check the status in a few seconds. Having editing, OCR, eSignatures, redaction, and LinkToFill all in the same platform means I rarely need another tool to handle documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

The only area where I'd like to see more progress is AI. The current tools are useful for filling out forms and speeding up a few editing tasks, but I think there's still plenty of room for smarter data extraction and automations that reduce even more of the manual work. "Streamlining Secured PDFs and Document Workflows in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

What I like best about pdfFiller is how much time it saves on repetitive document work. I regularly use the drag-and-drop editor to add text fields, checkboxes, and signature fields, and it is much faster than rebuilding forms manually in other tools. The template feature has also improved my workflow a lot because I can reuse frequently sent documents instead of reformatting them every time. Its fillable field auto-detection is another feature I use often, and it cuts down setup time when I need to turn a static PDF into something interactive. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, with tools appearing where I need them, so moving between editing, signing, and sending feels smooth. I also use its Google Drive and Dropbox integrations regularly, which helps me open, update, and save files without extra downloading or uploading. Performance has been reliable even with longer PDFs, and autosave plus document history gives me confidence that I will not lose work. One unexpected benefit has been the audit trail, which makes it easier to track signatures and keep organized records. From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it has been worthwhile because it replaces several separate tools for editing, signing, and document management, which saves both time and effort. Support and onboarding were also straightforward, with helpful tutorials and quick responses when needed. While the AI features are not the main reason I use it, tools like automatic field recognition still add useful intelligence that reduces manual work and speeds up the entire process. What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

What’s least helpful about pdfFiller is that some of its more advanced features feel a bit limited or require extra steps compared to newer tools. For example, while the form builder and field detection work well, fine-tuning complex documents (like aligning fields perfectly or handling unusual layouts) can be a bit clunky and time-consuming. The integrations, while useful for basic storage platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox, don’t go very deep with other business tools, which can slow down more automated workflows. Performance is generally solid, but I’ve noticed occasional lag when working with very large or heavily formatted PDFs. Pricing can also be a downside for lighter users, since many of the most useful features are behind higher-tier plans, which may not feel justified if you only use it occasionally. Support is responsive, but finding detailed answers for more specific use cases sometimes requires trial and error rather than clear documentation. Finally, the AI and automation capabilities feel fairly basic—there’s room for improvement in areas like smarter data extraction, autofill suggestions, or more intelligent document processing to reduce manual input even further. "Revolutionized Document Handling in Real Estate"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

I primarily use pdfFiller for my real estate business to complete transactions, and I find it very easy to use with many helpful tools such as electronic signing, highlighting, and using arrows to mark where documents need to be signed. I also appreciate the ability to edit a document and send it for electronic signatures within the same program, which saves me from having to use multiple programs. Additionally, I like using arrows to identify where signatures or initials are needed on documents not being signed electronically. pdfFiller allows me to efficiently email marked-up documents directly to recipients. The variety of tools provided makes it my go-to program over others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

I really like that pdfFiller allows us to sign documents online so we don't have to print them out. It's very easy to use, and I can do just about anything with a PDF. It's nice and quick, helping me get things done and get them published and out efficiently. The setup was very easy, and I appreciate that it resolves the needs that caused us to move away from DocuSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

There's a bit of a learning curve. If you take the time to learn it, it does everything that you need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"pdfFiller Makes Template Creation and eSignatures Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

I use pdfFiller all the time to create templates and to convert and edit our existing templates to fit our needs. I love that we can convert Word documents into fillable PDF documents. When a typo comes up or a change is needed, it’s very easy to update and fix. And when an electronic signature is required, the process is simple and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

Nothing major, but it would be helpful if searching were easier. I’d also like a bit more information or clearer notes when changes or updates are applied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Better Than Adobe"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

I like that pdfFiller is easy to use and I actually prefer it over Adobe because it has so many functions. It's more user-friendly and allows me to choose different pages out of a document to print or edit separately. I find the signing option really useful, and I appreciate being able to export files to different types. The initial setup was extremely easy, making the transition smooth. What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

Really nothing, I love the platform and how user-friendly it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for Creating Reusable Fillable Forms with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

pdfFiller is most helpful for creating forms that need to be completed and reused multiple times. It’s very easy to use, and the overall experience is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

One downside of pdfFiller is the time it can take to create a form that needs to be filled out, although that isn’t really a drawback since the time depends on how long or complex the form is. Overall, it’s great to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love it but wish it was slightly easier to understand."
3.5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

I like how easy it is to upload files and to create a link to fill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

I find it very confusing to use. It took me a while to understand the difference between a document and a template. At first I was sending a new document to every signer, until I realized the linktofill would allow me to get a download. It's not always easy to make changes to documents especially if you need to reuse the same link. I wish there were more options for fields - specifically a drop down multi-select option. "Personalized Projects Made Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about pdfFiller?

I really like that I can add in forms in pdfFiller for future use. I also love the blackout, arrow, line, draw, and adding image features which make personalized school projects and papers easier to finish! This tool makes life easier! The blackout feature works like the erase feature, allowing you to add another text or object on that area. The arrows, lines, and draw features help me point out any mistakes or changes to classmates. The add image feature helps us to personalize our projects and put the images where we want them to be. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly. pdfFiller is so awesome, I'd rate it 20 over 10! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pdfFiller?

None Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rina P. of pdfFiller

Lyn hi! Many thanks for your detailed and positive feedback! Happy to be of help with efficient form management :)

Regarding the erase part though:

the default color of our eraser is actually white. We provide multiple other options cause sometimes people use this feature as blackout and they also need other colors and shades cause the background of their documents might be other than white (not necessarily business documents, you know, we have quite a lot of educators among our customers, for example). So yeah, we would really need to keep the option of choosing the erasing color. Hoping for your understanding here!

If you have any other feedback regarding what you'd like to see among the features, please drop us a line to support@pdffiller.com. We are always listening!
