PDF2Press Reviews & Product Details

Aleyant PDF2Press Pro is a cloud-based preflight and proofing platform built to automate print file management from upload to imposed, production-ready output. It uses a drag-and-drop interface so shops can build preflight and file-fix profiles and complete working workflows within minutes, without scripting or IT support. Files can enter through customer or public upload portals, cloud drives, email inbox, or API, and PDF2Press Pro checks each one against custom preflight rules covering size, resolution, page count, bleed, spot colors, fonts, rich black, overprints, and transparency. When issues are found, automated file-fix tools resolve common problems like color profile mismatches, low resolution, missing bleed or trim marks, and font issues, so CSRs are not spending billable time fixing customer files by hand. Beyond straightforward jobs, PDF2Press Pro supports variables and router steps for building conditional workflows, so shops with varied product lines (business cards, postcards, booklets, labels, signage) can route each job type through its own automated path. Customer-branded portals and personalized email proofs keep the experience consistent with the shop's own brand rather than a generic tool. Aleyant reports shops saving up to 89% of file-processing time after implementation. PDF2Press Pro is priced affordably on a monthly basis and is built to scale with a shop's volume, making it a fit for both smaller quick printers and higher-volume commercial operations.
