How it is so very easy to use and does not require too many steps. I absolutely like the way it is so easily able to convert multiple files at once and save a lot of time and hassle. I would definitely be using it now for however long possible. **What do you dislike about PDF File Converter Tool?** There really is no downside of using such an amazing tool. I would not want you guys to change anything about this file converter tool. I don't dislike anything about it. **What problems is PDF File Converter Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my domain and office I have a lot of files that have to be converted to PDF from DOC or vice versa and this tool helps me a lot to do so without installing any extensions or without adding the extra steps, it provides me with high quality documents every time. It helps me with conversion, compression etc you name it. I also like the fact that it has such variable prices according to the needs. ### 2. I also like that it can turn my PDF into the usual things like word, image, spreadsheet- but can also convert into message (EmL, MSG) or webpage formats. I like that the price varies based on needs and they have a free version that works and just has extra limitations. Its run by Sysinfo which allows for good customer support when needed. **What do you dislike about PDF File Converter Tool?** I am not a fan that you need to run it as an Administrator. Its possible that that is just necessary for the first time of uploading files, but in an office where only the IT staff are admins that can get tedious. It is not as user friendly as other programs out there. **What problems is PDF File Converter Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of times we get documents/ Recorded covenants in PDF format and we are asked to update them.
