This program is easy to use and by typing information into the pdf in the spaces that are designated, makes return to the sender of the pdf a flawless transaction. **What do you dislike about PDF Document Writer?** Specific computers have a hard time opening these documents; this can be very frustrating to users on both ends. It is very inconvenient to have to send documents multiple times or have to scan or fax the old way to get PDFs filled out correctly. I don't know if it's outdated software on their end or user error sometimes. **What problems is PDF Document Writer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are definitely the ease of inputting the information for clients and having all words and numbers legible. ### 31.
