**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Rock solid practitioners and teachers walking me through all I need to know.

Honestly, it was huge as I was changing careers. I learned the lingo and how to translate the skills I built to software sales.

Now, I'm honing those skills consistently. Listening to several courses, referencing the worksheets consistently, and applying quickly.

I've referred several already and will continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

The Kajabi app seems to be the best way to watch on my phone, but sometimes it skips a video.

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me think about the sales cycle start to finish so I don't have to make mistakes to learn. I get to learn from wisdom.

There is a large variety of courses that all go into specific topics from the very start of the funnel with preparing for a cold call to closing a deal and onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

The number of "discount" and "deal" emails that you continue to get even as a member is a bit odd...

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filling practical gaps in my + my team's knowledge of selling.
Also provides excellent new insights and modern thinking as to how the sales game is changing and what we can do as sellers to evolve with it.

  ### 22. Be aware that it’s a sub not a one time fee

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Caliber?**

Content is fine/standard sales stuff. Although I probably used it for one class and never used it again, so overall ok. Wouldn't do it again.

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

Not clear on their billing terms. Didn't know it was a sub.

Ended up purchasing what I thought was a one time fee for content. Didn't realize at all it was a subscription until I got charged again on what I later understood to be "renewal".

While the nice thing to do would be to give a refund given they didn't make it clear that it is a sub and I whole heartedly did not know it was otherwise I would have cancelled.

Instead, they stated that I had a year to trial so they don't offer refunds. Which is logical only if I knew it was a subscription ;). But I truly didn't! Also I wasn't using the product. Had completely forgotten about it and honestly because I didn't know it wasn't a sub, I had no reason to be concerned.

I would recommend they be more transparent with billing and make it clear in their advertising what you are buying.

Just be wary it's a sub not a one time!

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Education in sales - was looking for various frameworks and examples for cold email. Their cold email class was pretty good.

  ### 23. I have already referred pclub

Matt Duffett - stellar human

**What do you dislike about Caliber?**

I needed more "beatings" to start earlier. 😀

**What problems is Caliber solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales training
