  ### 1. A straightforward PCI Compliance integration to allow agents to coach customers during payments

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

The PCIpal architecture and design allow customers and agents to communicate directly (while using DTMF payments) so that there's no need to transfer to a separate secure IVR temporarily to complete secure payments.  This is a boon, as customers generally hate the concept of being transferred.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

The administrative portal feels a bit clunky.  Access to logging is restricted for compliance purposes. Still, it seems that a lot more should be visible to administrators, like showing records of secured connections/failed attempts or something similar.  Troubleshooting issues requires jumping into our edge gateway almost immediately.

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Migrating from hodge-podge payment solutions to PCIpal has streamlined our auditing process as well as unified our payment process over the phone across our organization.

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

The upsides of using pcipal, it can be very efficient and fast when taking a card payment. Also secures the line, which helps customers feel that their details are being protected.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

The Downside of using PciPal is that it's very hit-or-miss. One day it works completely fine, no problem, next thing, it won't even let you log in. You have to reset your passwords very often, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us take card payments fast and securely. Does the work for us and keeps customers' private details safe, which also helps benefit us as the customers have a sense of trust for us as a department.

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

Being able to help guests/customers check out for their purchases in a secure, quick, and easy way. Guests are able to understand the tech as well and find it easy to navigate with my instructions.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

Occasional tech issues to arise like with most programs - I've gotten my locked out of my account for unknown reasons. Easy enough to have customer service assist in getting it unlocked.

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping customer payment information secure, as well as easy. Can't stress the "easy" part enough. Using PCI Pal is a way smoother process than before we started working with it.

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

PCI Pal is a great value added technology solution that integrates seamlessly into the Contact Centre environment. The platform and technology is state of the art and can be deployed easily from the Cloud. It allows customers of all size and scale to become PCI DSS compliant and safeguard consumers from fraudulent and nefarious activity and data breach.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

Little to dislike about the business. They are scaling into the market in a sustainable way and nailing the Channel GTM strategy.

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PCI Pal help circumvent the tricky topic of compliance and data security. Through DTMF capture technology they can completely take a customer out of scope and de-risk their network environment and agents.

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

We require a solution where the processing of cardholder data via the phone could be completely removed from the scope. PCI Pal is a primary component in our PCI DSS compliance, we no longer have any issues from storing, processing, or transmitting cardholder data. Great product and amazing support.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

No issues at the moment, all working as expected.

Removes MOTO customer card information from PCI DSS compliance

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

Processing manual refunds has always been helpful for our customers. It accepts most currencies.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

I would prefer if PCI had prefix country codes instead of us searching via Google.

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Refunds. We have some escalations where we are unable to process refunds via our portal for transactions over 6 months old. PCI helps us resolve this.

This is a fantastic and intuitive tool for taking payments over the phone. Our agents find it easy to use directly from within our OMS and phone system.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

It's a complicated implementation due to the number of integrations, but worth it!

Makes PCI compliance for MOTO payments super easy and risk free.

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

PCI Pal support team (and in particular Jenny Reveley) were always providing updates, so I always knew where the project was up to and never needed to chase

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

There wasnt always a support ticket provided for queries or an online system to check progress ourselves.  Fortunately, the service was 'second to none at keeping us updated so it wasnt too big a deal

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PCI Pal sorted the SIP connection, so we could make Outbound connections that auto diverted to allow us to take card payments on an outbound line without having to ring PCI Pal first

We had a couple of challenges when making multiple transactions within 1 phone call which we needed need custom work.

They are adapting well to multi-channel nature of communications - voice will remain key but offering additional options is important

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

Very simple but comprehensive PCI DSS compliant payment solution. It is an excellent option for both on-call and digital payment options. It's a straightforward solution and takes the entire contact centre out of scope for compliance considerations.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

Not always approved for all payment gateways. This hasn't been a show-stopper in the past, as they always seem to have a way forward, so not a real problem.

Taking away all compliant issues around payments in the contact centre space. Safely allows payments to be accepted without exposing any of the payment details.

**What do you like best about PCIPal?**

PCI Pal is a primary component in our PCI DSS compliance.   As a former QSA, I never had a scenario where the processing of cardholder data via the phone was able to be completely removed from the scope of any of my clients.  With PCI Pal in place, we've been able to completely bypass our production and database environments from storing, processing, or transmitting cardholder data.  Amazing product and amazing support.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

I don't have any issues at this time.   We've been operating for almost 1yr now with no downtime concerns nor any backend coding problems.

**What problems is PCIPal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PCI Pal completely removes cardholder data from our environment.

The responsivity of the developers from PCIPal is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

Missing option to programmatically describe webhook url for every payment (mostly test/sandbox environment)

Having only one integration not just allow customer service to accept phone orders, but PCIPal can handle the integration to the different payment providers as well

The system is very simple to use and enables us to stay GDPR compliant. Logging in is super easy

**What do you dislike about PCIPal?**

if there is an error it won't give you a user friendly warning of what the error is.  You are expected to use the long code and work out the issue.

It adds extra overhead into your current telephony, with little visibility of the mechanisms

This has been a great partnership with PCI Pal. The team at PCI Pal is really easy to work with. Good knowledge of their product and willingness to be flexible to satisfy the needs of the customer is commendable. You usually find someone within very reasonable time when reaching out for a Production issue.

I would be happy to report this is Not Applicable. The partnership has been great thus far.
