
The PCIpal architecture and design allow customers and agents to communicate directly (while using DTMF payments) so that there's no need to transfer to a separate secure IVR temporarily to complete secure payments. The administrative portal feels a bit clunky. Access to logging is restricted for compliance purposes. Still, it seems that a lot more should be visible to administrators, like showing records of secured connections/failed attempts or something similar.
