Paysafe’s billing descriptions on my statements are vague (on purpose?). When I have an issue, I can’t get through to anyone who actually knows what’s going on. I’m only able to reach people who seem to be reading from a script and can’t explain anything beyond that. I was double-charged, and when I called, the first thing I was asked was whether I could “prove it.” They literally said “prove it,” as if I was trying to rip them off somehow. On top of that, charges show up that don’t seem legitimate, often for random amounts. Last month I was paid $700 total in credit cards, and you charged me $95. At this point, I’m planning to start a campaign questioning your legitimacy as a real company. I’m genuinely not sure whether you’re a legitimate business or whether you’re taking credit card numbers for nefarious purposes and stealing from people as a side hustle. The reporting is good, and the manual card update process, where I generate a file and upload it, has been really helpful for our auto-renewal process. The initial integration feels good, as I was able to complete it very soon, and it supported our customized approach according to our business requirements. Even with the Delayed Fund Availability with Paysafe I enjoy all of that attention to detail and business analysts." 4/5 What do you like best about Paysafe? I use Paysafe for my handyman business, mainly because I have a customer who insists on paying with credit card instead of cash or check. Paysafe solves that problem for me by allowing credit card payments seamlessly. Other payment systems charged me huge fees, sometimes almost $25 or $50 per transaction. Paysafe is much cheaper and allows the customer to be charged a fee instead, making it cost-effective for my business. The initial setup was very easy, as I was able to do it over the phone while continuing my work, which was great because I didn't have to take time out of my day to fill out lengthy paperwork. I don't like the time delay in processing the credit card and having money available. It can take three to five days sometimes to access the funds, which is tough when I need the money immediately. I appreciate Paysafe's ability to process credit card transactions successfully at a high acceptance rate, as well as handle other payment methods like Skrill, Pay By Bank, and Apple Pay, which are essential for our site's inbound purchases. Paysafe has helped us manage and improve our processing rates as well as identify and prevent fraudulent transactions. Additionally, Paysafe is very responsive to our feedback and often integrates new features to enhance security, fraud prevention, and credit card processing rates. The opportunity to work closely with Alan, Colin, and Ryan (our account reps) has been fantastic. They are very communicative, implement features quickly, resolve issues, and meet with us often to ensure we're satisfied with the product. Lack of visibility with the Product Management team, no clear view in the product roadmap, there seems to be a large number of outages that keep repeating themselves, lack of payment options available in the canadian market.
