My Payplug account linked to the site lelacetparisien.fr (ID 104757) was closed on June 25, 2025, without clear notice, even though I had provided the requested documents on January 30, 2025. Result: €347.30 of funds blocked, May/June 2025 statements inaccessible, and an 80% drop in revenue because card payments no longer work. Despite my follow-ups by email and registered mail, I have received no response. For a long-standing Payplug customer who generates more than €146,000 in annual revenue on their sites, I find this lack of transparency concerning and I expect a prompt response. **What problems is PayPlug solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reliable payment system. ### 2.
