I have been a Payplug customer since September 2019, at the time of your Shopify launch, and I have always been satisfied... until recently.
My Payplug account linked to the site lelacetparisien.fr (ID 104757) was closed on June 25, 2025, without clear notice, even though I had provided the requested documents on January 30, 2025.
Result: €347.30 of funds blocked, May/June 2025 statements inaccessible, and an 80% drop in revenue because card payments no longer work.
Despite my follow-ups by email and registered mail, I have received no response.
