The fees for the convenience is very expensive. And when there's a problem, the only way to reach customer service through a chat session. I love that paypal stores my information so it's really easy to provide my billing information and payment information all at once. Nothing really, their customer service has always been great. I don't have any complaints about Paypal and I don't think there is anything they could do to make it better at this time.
