## PaymentKit Reviews
 ### 1. PaymentKit’s Central Reporting Makes Reconciliation Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe D. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

As an experienced finance manager, we need an efficient and automated
payment system to manage multiple events and huge transactions. The central reporting feature from PaymentKit is really useful, allowing us to obtain real-time revenue data and perform very rapid end-of-month reconciliation. The accounting team can easily track the cash flow due to a clean user interface and a simple dashboard.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

While there are no issues with the tool’s fundamental functioning as
well as data security, it takes a while to configure certain filtering options in the backend while generating custom financial reports. Certain targeted ad-hoc audit reports necessitate extra clicks within the menus. If the interface had been a little more shortcut or custom template friendly, we could have accomplished our reporting task faster.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to lose a lot of time manually matching fragmented or scattered data from our different payment gateways before using PaymentKit. The burden of manual work has been eased by around 20-25% as all our payment activity now comes on to a single dashboard. It is capable of managing the transaction process without any payment drop or issue especially when the event volume spikes suddenly.

 ### 2. PaymentKit’s Uncomplicated Dashboard Speeds Up Vendor Payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy T. | Production Service Manager, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

My main job as a Production Service Manager is to ensure that the payment cycle for all our vendors and global clients happens smoothly in the background without any hindrances. PaymentKit dashboard is really good, totally uncomplicated and speeds up the work extremely much. Our Service team can use the transactional flow overview of the real-time data in operation at our service systems.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

Hope you are doing well. We found this tool to be quite powerful, h
owever, it’s basic interface can be over-whelming for non-technical operation staff when used for the first time. For large weekly or monthly reports, using the filtering options requires a few more clicks. If the UI was made a bit more streamlined or shortcut-based, our report download would be quicker.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we wasted a huge amount of time on daily reconciliations because our payment monitoring and tracking data was dispersed. Our whole payment operation is now in a single system thanks to PaymentKit. The manual workload of our back office team has now reduced by approximately 25 to 30% and we are able to serve international clients without worrying about any payment failures.

 ### 3. PaymentKit Makes Global Vendor Payments and Transaction Tracking Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan F. | Production Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

As a production management expert, I regularly handle payments to numerous global vendors and freelancers. PaymentKit's easy to understand backend is its biggest advantage. It has become very easy for our operations team to track the transaction flow. Moreover, the system was set up very quickly and without technical complications by following their instructions.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

Although their backend is quite a powerful tool, a minimalistic user interface could have been more suited for the non-technical. When we need to create or filter a large report at the end of our production, it involves a few more clicks in the menus. However, it does not significantly interfere with the core working performance of the work.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using PaymentKit, we had to spend a lot of time monitoring various payments and matching fragmented or scattered data. It has brought our entire payment operation to a central dashboard, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on manual reconciliation. Now payments to global clients and crew can be processed very quickly without any hassle.

 ### 4. A Robust Financial Backbone for Enterprise-Grade Revenue Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filippo L. | CIO and CEO, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

As the CEO of a mid-market Financial Services company, PaymentKit has transformed our finance department and enabled us to be proactive (as opposed to reactive). The 'Dimensions' reporting asset is, undoubtedly, the killer feature it gives me a real-time, granular view of how we’re doing financially around the world across different subscription types and geographies. Unlike any other platform, we are always audit-ready as Revenue Recognition happens within the billing workflow. The Autonomous Task Execution is a force multiplier as it automates complex billing scenarios that our finance lead previously had to oversee manually.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The platform's depth can work for or against you. The configuration flexibility is fantastic but learning how to use it during on-boarding and roll-out requires a steep learning effort. For a small team without a specialised technical integrator, the advanced module configurations may seem intimidating. PaymentKit could offer more pre-configured ‘industry-standard’ templates to help newer teams get faster on-boarding with less need for custom setups.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing PaymentKit, we had major ‘data silos’ where our CRM (Salesforce) and billing records (previously in Net-Suite) were constantly getting out of sync. PaymentKit has successfully served as a single source of truth. We have synergised revenue data from our branches, bringing down month-end reconciliation from about three days to a couple of hours. We need this transparency so that we can adhere to the regulations. Automating the reconciliation of our deferred revenue and recurring billing has greatly improved operational efficiency in my department, allowing my team to concentrate on higher-level finance strategy instead of stress-testing for errors.

 ### 5. A Strategic Asset for Streamlining Global Financial Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celestino A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

The platform allows me the necessary visibility at the executive level of our complex finances. I am particularly fond of the Revenue Recognition and Dimensions reporting, as it provides me with immediate insight into how much financial firepower we have in each market, rather than having to wait for someone’s end-of-month report. It is a powerful engine for any growing financial institution.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

For a company our size, I expect even more robust native reporting templates tailored for the use of C-level stakeholders. The analytical power is there but some of the visualization dashboards may be a bit of a learning curve for non-technical leadership team members.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our global branches’ fragmented billing data and inconsistent revenue reporting were challenging for us. PaymentKit ensures a singular reliable source of truth. As a result of improved fraud detection tools, it has brought down operational overheads by automating complicated billing cycles and reduced the risk of frauds through better detection of frauds. It has made a positive impact on our profitability and operations.

 ### 6. PaymentKit Makes Payment Monitoring and Integration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agnieszka S. | Ecommerce Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

As an e-commerce project manager, the most important thing for me is a stable and fast payment gateway. PaymentKit's dashboard is just amazing, very clean and straightforward. Every day, our operations team has to monitor a large number of transaction flows, which has become extremely easy with this tool. And its setup or integration process is so perfect that our development team didn't have to struggle at all.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

It's a very powerful tool, but it takes a few more clicks to configure some filtering options in the backend. Especially when we have to generate weekly or monthly bulk reporting, it would be much easier for non-technical operations staff if the user interface were a bit more minimalistic or required fewer clicks.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our e-commerce platform used to suffer a lot due to slow settlement and scattered payment monitoring. PaymentKit has brought our entire payment operation to a central dashboard, which has reduced our manual reconciliation time by about 25%. This has made order processing for our international customers much faster.

 ### 7. Quick Setup, Clean Dashboard, and Clear Payment Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte H. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

The biggest plus point is their setup process. I thought that a lot of coding would be required for the integration, but after looking at their documents and guidelines, everything was done very quickly. And the dashboard is very clean, you can see at a glance whose payment has been cleared and whose is pending. There is no clutter.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

I haven't noticed any reduction in terms of work, but sometimes it takes a while to get a reply from customer support outside of business hours. It would be better if the live chat option were a little faster. And it would look better if the filtering option on the dashboard was a bit more modern, although it doesn't cause any problems in terms of work.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was always one or another catchal every month regarding collecting regular payments or subscription fees from clients. Some are overdue, and some are failing to make payments. PaymentKit has brought all these payment operations together in one place for us. Especially because of their auto-try option, customers don't have to be reminded repeatedly; the system does everything itself.

 ### 8. Strong platform for managing complex payment operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | ceo, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

Our organization handles a high volume of recurring transactions, so reliability and visibility are extremely important. PaymentKit provides a centralized platform that allows us to monitor payment activity across multiple processors while maintaining detailed records of transactions and customer billing data.

The reporting capabilities are one of the platform's strongest features. Our finance team regularly uses the analytics tools to track revenue performance, monitor failed transactions, and identify opportunities for optimization. We have also been impressed by the platform's scalability as transaction volumes continue to grow.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The initial implementation required careful planning because of the wide range of available features. Smaller teams with limited technical resources may need additional onboarding support to get the most value from the platform

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PaymentKit has become a critical part of our payment infrastructure. The platform provides the reliability, flexibility, and reporting capabilities we need to support a growing business. Since implementation, we have seen improvements in operational efficiency and payment visibility across the organization

 ### 9. Excellent for managing membership and recurring payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc D. | CEO, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

We operate a membership-based wellness company with clients enrolled in monthly programs. PaymentKit has simplified nearly every aspect of our billing process. Automated recurring billing, customer payment management, and reporting tools have significantly reduced the time our administrative team spends on payment-related tasks.

The platform is easy to use, and the customer-facing experience feels professional. We have also seen fewer missed payments thanks to the automated payment recovery features. Having all payment information accessible through a single dashboard has improved efficiency across our organization.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

There is a lot of functionality available, which is great, but it can feel overwhelming at first. Some additional onboarding resources tailored to wellness and membership businesses would make the learning process easier.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our overall experience with PaymentKit has been excellent. The platform has helped us automate billing, improve payment collection rates, and provide a better experience for our members. It has allowed our team to focus more on serving clients and less on managing payment administration. The time savings alone have made the investment worthwhile.

 ### 10. Reliable billing platform that scales with our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kumar R. | Ceo, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

Our company provides managed IT services on recurring contracts, so having dependable billing processes is critical. Before PaymentKit, we spent too much time manually reviewing invoices and tracking payment issues. Since moving to the platform, much of that process has been automated.
The customer billing portal is professional and easy for clients to navigate. We also appreciate the flexibility to connect multiple payment providers and manage them from a single dashboard. The analytics have helped us better understand payment trends and identify areas where collections can be improved.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The platform is feature-rich, which is a positive overall, but some sections could be organized more intuitively. Certain advanced settings required assistance from our technical team during setup.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PaymentKit has helped us streamline our billing operations and improve efficiency across departments. Our accounting team spends less time dealing with payment administration, and our clients have experienced a smoother payment process. We have been very satisfied with the platform's reliability and performance.

 ### 11. PaymentKit Streamlined Our Recurring Billing with Reliable Routing and a Clean Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy S. | Chief Revenue Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

PaymentKit helped us streamline recurring billing and manage transactions across different payment providers from a single platform. The routing and failover capabilities noticeably reduced failed payments, which improved the overall client payment experience. The dashboard is clean, easy to navigate, and gives our operations team better visibility into payment performance and reporting. Integration was also more straightforward than expected for a platform with advanced capabilities.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

Some of the advanced setup and customization options required technical understanding during onboarding. While the documentation is helpful, there was still a bit of a learning curve when configuring more complex billing workflows.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our experience with PaymentKit has been very positive. As an IT services company handling recurring client payments and international transactions, we needed a solution that was scalable, stable, and flexible. PaymentKit delivered well in all three areas. It reduced manual payment management, improved transaction reliability, and gave us more confidence in our billing infrastructure as we continue to grow.

 ### 12. PaymentKit Simplifies Payment Management with Clean Tracking and Useful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke B. | Managing Director , Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

One thing we appreciated about PaymentKit was how easy it became to manage customer payments across our online channels. The platform helped organize transaction tracking, recurring customer billing, and invoice management in a much cleaner way than our previous setup. We also noticed fewer payment issues during peak sales periods, which improved the checkout experience for customers. The reporting tools were useful for monitoring payment activity without needing multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

Some features take a little time to learn at first, especially when setting up custom billing preferences and payment rules. The interface is generally user-friendly, but a few advanced tools could be explained more clearly for new users.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our overall experience with PaymentKit has been positive. The platform helped simplify several parts of our payment workflow and reduced manual administrative tasks for our team. It has been reliable for daily operations and scales well as transaction volume increases. We would recommend it to businesses looking for a more organized payment and billing solution for online sales and recurring customer transactions.

 ### 13. PaymentKit Streamlined Our Recurring Billing and Invoicing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario D. | Director of Technology & Data, Environmental Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

PaymentKit has helped us streamline recurring customer payments and invoicing for our ongoing service contracts. The platform made it easier to track transactions, manage billing activity, and reduce manual follow-up on delayed or failed payments. Integration with our existing processes was smoother than expected, and the system has been reliable for day-to-day operations. We also had a positive experience with the support team during setup and onboarding.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The initial configuration process required some time, especially when customizing billing workflows to match our operational needs. Some areas of the documentation could be more detailed for first-time users.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, PaymentKit has improved the efficiency of our billing and payment management processes. Once implemented, the platform became easy to manage and helped reduce administrative workload related to recurring customer payments. It has been a dependable solution for our business, and we would recommend it to companies looking for a more organized and reliable way to handle invoicing and recurring billing.

 ### 14. PaymentKit Delivers Deep Revenue Visibility with Effortless Segmentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Head of Revenue Operations, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

The deep visibility into our revenue lifecycle is PaymentKit's most impressive aspect. With the ‘Dimensions’ report, data can be segmented immediately by geography and subscription type rather than taking four hours of spreadsheet work. It automatically handles complex “Plan Changes” like upgrades and prorated downgrades thus ensuring that our billing is 100% accurate and transparent for our customers.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

While the platform offers a lot of features, the 'Multi-step Planning' interface for very specific custom workflows can be a little overwhelming for new users. The tool is great, however, having more templates for these specific cases would speed up the onboarding process for junior folks further.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company was facing huge revenue loss due to failing payment retries and manual revenue recognition errors. PaymentKit addressed this issue with smart automated retry logic and instant recognition tracking. We now have 12% more successful recoveries and our monthly financial closing process has been reduced from five days to two.

 ### 15. Transparent Global Insights and Intuitive Financial Workflow Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wil L. | Payment Operations Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

The platform is proficient in unifying complex financial workflows. What I enjoy the most about it is the transparency it provides on a global basis being able to view domain reputation and payment health on a single pane of glass. The interface is very responsive, and switching between billing, reporting, and dispute management feels very intuitive to our operations team.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

While the automation capabilities are best in class, it took a little trial and error with dashboard customization before we could achieve the precise charting we wanted. Although this is a powerful tool, be prepared to spend some time in the settings to tailor the reporting views to your individual business.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before PaymentKit, we had to deal with manual revenue recognition. Furthermore, our churn was high due to subpar retry logic for failed payments. PaymentKit addressed this issue by automating our whole collection and recognition cycle. We experienced a measurable decline in involuntary churn and an impressive surge in our finance team’s efficiency.

 ### 16. Talller’s Single Dashboard Makes Managing Fiat and Blockchain Payments Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona D. | Administrator, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

What is most striking to me is the fact that, Talller provides a single UI to manage multiple payment streams. It is the ability to manage hundreds or thousands of fiat gateways like Stripe, PayPal etc. along with Blockchain rails (like ABT Network) in 1 dashboard. The user interface is friendly and clean, making the learning curve shorter for the finance team.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The core capabilities are solid, but the documentation to configure advanced integrations across different systems could be improved. After some extra time with support to get our legacy CRM to sync just right, it has worked perfectly after all.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business faced big challenges from fragmented payment data across regions and platforms. Getting everything into one source of truth with PaymentKit has led to a reduction in monthly reconciliation time. Now, it takes us 40% lesser time. We can now track the reputation of a domain and the success rate of transactions in real-time monitoring of the global market and the local market.

 ### 17. Dunning Workflows Made Billing Recovery Predictable and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom D. | System Administrator, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

Prior to this, we had to chase up manually on credit cards that had failed. Our account managers found this process to be the most difficult and it took a long time to fix. Ever since we put dunning workflows into play, we believe that we have lightened the load on finance. The Stripe failure codes we encounter define the specific retry logic and email sequences that we follow, enabling us to always know what happens next. Our gateway implementation was easy and does not fail either. It's really helped to speed up our weekly billing sync not having to go through logs to understand exactly where the customer is in the recovery life cycle.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The analytics dashboard has an attractive design, but it offers limited options for drilling into specific cohorts. For instance, I want to filter churn by plan type, and then filter by a custom metadata tag. But I can’t do that. The interface lags often and doesn’t let me granulate that specifically. The "real-time" dashboard was useless because we had to export CSVs and do the heavy lifting in Excel. The API documentation also doesn’t make it clear how it handles partial refunds in the lifecycle view.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having problems with involuntary churn. We have many customers on lower monthly tiers, and because we didn’t have the capacity to follow up, when their cards would expire or hit a limit, they’d just drop off. Using PaymentKit automated almost all of that process. Over the last year, recovered revenue has seen a notable increase of 12%. Moreover, it presents a purer outlook for our executive team regarding our monthly recurring revenue without the "noise" pending failures have not actually churned yet.

 ### 18. PaymentKit helped us simplify a complicated payment operation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avery P. | Ceo, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

As a SaaS company serving customers in North America and Europe, managing payments across multiple processors was becoming increasingly difficult. PaymentKit gave us a centralized platform where we could monitor transactions, subscriptions, and payment performance without constantly switching between different dashboards.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

There is definitely a learning curve during the first few weeks. Because the platform offers many features and customization options, it takes some time to understand the best setup for your business. We would also like to see additional pre-built report templates for SaaS companies.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, PaymentKit has been a valuable addition to our tech stack. It reduced manual work, improved visibility into our payment operations, and helped us create a more reliable billing experience for customers. The implementation required some effort, but the long-term benefits have made it worthwhile.

 ### 19. Architectural Flexibility with Effortless Billing, Compliance, and Audit-Ready Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheryl H. | Receptionist/Facilities Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

We were most impressed by the platform’s architectural flexibility. It can also efficiently manage complex billing cycles and handle cross-border compliance automatically apart from payment. The dashboard allows seeing things from a distance and deep within for financial audits and analyses.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

Although the API is powerful, it took our team just a few days to learn the advanced ‘Autonomous Task Execution’ features at the outset. In the future, I would like to see even more localized payment methods for smaller emerging markets, even though the selection is pretty wide right now.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had serious bottlenecks because revenue recognition was done manually and the data wasn’t consistent in our billing systems. PaymentKit has fulfilled that void. We have automated 90% of our invoicing through integration with our stack, allowing us to focus on growth instead of time spent resolving payment failures.

 ### 20. A Reliable Billing Platform That Helped Us Scale Subscription Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | Managing Director, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

As our business grew, managing subscriptions became increasingly complex. PaymentKit helped us organize recurring billing, customer plans, invoicing, and payment processing in a much more efficient way. The platform provides good visibility into subscription metrics and revenue trends, which helps us make better business decisions. I also like that we can work with multiple payment processors instead of being locked into a single provider.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The initial setup required some planning, especially when configuring subscription plans and payment routing rules. Some advanced features took time to understand, and we occasionally had to refer to documentation.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our overall experience has been positive. PaymentKit has reduced manual billing tasks and improved how we manage recurring revenue. It has become an important part of our finance and operations workflow.

 ### 21. PaymentKit Made Recurring Billing Much Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan J. | CEO , Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

PaymentKit has helped us simplify recurring client billing and subscription management. We can handle invoices, payments, and customer subscriptions from one platform, which saves our team a lot of time. I also like the revenue reporting because it gives us a clearer picture of our monthly performance.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

The initial setup took some time, and a few advanced features required additional learning. More customization options in reporting would be helpful.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, we've had a good experience with PaymentKit. It has reduced manual billing work, improved organization, and made it easier to manage recurring revenue. It's been a useful tool as our agency continues to grow.

 ### 22. Helpful for Managing Recurring Customer Payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil A. | ceo, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about PaymentKit?**

We offer subscription-based products alongside traditional retail sales, and PaymentKit helped us manage recurring customer payments much more effectively. The invoicing tools are easy to use, and having access to multiple payment providers gives us flexibility when processing transactions. Revenue reporting has also made it easier to understand customer retention trends.

**What do you dislike about PaymentKit?**

There are many features available, which can feel overwhelming at first. Some reports could be customized further to fit our specific business needs.

**What problems is PaymentKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PaymentKit has helped us simplify recurring billing and improve operational efficiency. The platform saves time and gives us more confidence in our subscription management process.
