Paymate offers two products Acclaim and Clarity both of which are very easy to use, manage and maintain. The products are easy to update at the end of the year for annual renewals and easy to use. While the software is great, Clarity can get complex with the rule definitions and has limitations on what information you can leverage to create automated scripts. This limits its capabilities, and eventually, in very large organizations, you hit a wall.

Paymate Software providers multiple Payroll products each targeted to a respective company employee size. Each product is easy to use and manage with minimal training. Paymate support is limited to Eastern Time Ontario, therefore Western companies needing support struggle to obtain it easily. Software is strong, development is focused on the highest line product and minimal changes to the existing lines are done with the exception of necessary maintenance. Paymate is easy to set-up and use on a weekly basis. We can add additional deductions for benefits, RRSP, or employee savings with just a few clicks of the mouse. It tracks earned and paid vacation as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside of Paymate is the timeframe. We need to wait until the day is over to process payroll since our mechanics are paid to the minute. It's more of a downside of internal payroll versus Paymate itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
