Our old system wasn't good, so BlueMarble is a big upgrade. The only thing I don't like is the ability to navigate between foreign payrolls easily. You always have to go back to the main screen to switch between countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me as a user in a global software company, it was Blue Marble's ability to allow me to have one interface for all regions and countries. I was able to report in local currency, aggregate reporting or have it country specific. The fact that I can interface with ICP's in one, central interface was game changing! For me this would be more about the one partner in one of our countries, I think we can do better with the one particular provider. Blue Marble however is committed to making sure that the relationship works or they are committed to making it better. That's just one local provider out of 10 that we use through Blue Marble. Working with Blue Marble Payroll has been one of the most refreshing experiences that I have had with any payroll company. The staff are incredibly competent, from the sales team, all the way through the project implementation team. The software is intuitive, easy to use, and well supported. I have had such a positive experience with Blue Marble Payroll that I can't think of any areas of dislike. Some countries take a little longer to get started than others, but I imagine that this is mostly country compliance related, and not a reflection of the company's ability to complete them faster. Reporting is not useful. You cannot see a pre-process register that shows the gross to net checks. No where can you find the employer liability for taxes. You must wait an entire day before you receive back your payroll reports, and these come via email, not the payroll system. If you find problems with the payroll you have run you then have to wait another day or two after you have made changes to see if it is then correct. If, not another 2 days, and on and on..... Blue Marble is a global payroll aggregator providing a complaint, cloud-based software for our clients to pay employees in over 145 countries. We partner with local in-country experts to process payroll, which is standard in the industry. Pre-process gross to net is not available by anyone in the marketplace, however, we do provide a gross register prior to processing. As we are managing multiple US and international time zones, it can take a few days to adjust incorrect payroll. If you are having continual problems with payroll accuracy or reporting, please reach out to your service contact to identify the issues and correct them.
