What do you like best about PayGate?

PayGate has an excellent API that is well documented with plenty of useful examples. I integrated many payment gateways into an online sales platform and PayGate was one of the easiest. It has a high level of quality and reliability. A must if you are looking to do business in South Africa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayGate?

As I only dealt with the API, I can't comment on any other parts of the software. I think the API is a good indicator that everything about PayGate is of high quality, so I don't have any concerns to raise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PayGate?

Paygate is the perfect solution for payments from my clients. It is great because it comes with many features like scanning of bar codes for payment method, validations electronic signature, terminal POS and is available on different platforms for both PC and mobile. It has made my payment receiving and delivery very very easy and within a short period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayGate?

This platform could be even more beneficial if they remove the condition of having a merchant account to access full services of this software. Sometimes it is very irritating when the payments are not shown on the dashboard even though the amount is deducted from the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and EASY to implement payment gateway"

What do you like best about PayGate?

If you have ever used Authorize.net or the other primary payment gateway solutions, you know what I mean when I say they are associated with a big hassle and complex signup process. But Payment Gateway is fast, efficient and easy to get on board with, and don't require an Internet Merchant Account to boot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayGate?

While they have an international reach, they do not work with US banks, and do not have a USA telephone contact number to call into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PayGate:

If you must have a live service agent with a USA phone number, on your USA time clock, then it might not work for you. If you can work with a foreign time clock and/or email, which for this type of product is probably fine, then they're superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayGate solving and how is that benefiting you?
