**What do you like best about Payentry?**

Additional reporting options added as well as user account creation updates. More control may the client level is also a plus 

**What do you dislike about Payentry?**

Downside is that it’s a web based product so you’re at the mercy of internet speeds and reliability 

**Recommendations to others considering Payentry:**

If you need a payroll system that is easy to use and efficient without being overly labor intensive this is one you should look at. Fantastic reports built in as well as custom reporting capabilities.

**What problems is Payentry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pay entry has been instrumental in streamlining and organizing time cards and pto data. It has saved me enormous amounts of time.

The software is highly competent. It does seem capable of handling most requirements

**What do you dislike about Payentry?**

Their support is horrendous. They're reluctant to listen to recommended improvements.

**What problems is Payentry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several oversites during implementation that were recognized by our staff but were promised to be handled. Follow support has been incredibly frustrating.    I'd recommend getting written documentation of promises. Pay attention to the responses to your concerns. If it appears to be going un-heeded that is when you need to ask for written clarification..... hopeful before time and money has been spent

**What do you like best about Payentry?**

Nothing. There is nothing to like about this company.

**What do you dislike about Payentry?**

The people. They are rude, mean-spirited, not helpful and their UX is very hard to navigate. So expect alot of questions from your employees because they will not do anything to help them.

**Recommendations to others considering Payentry:**

Stay away from this company. They will just make more work for you.

**What problems is Payentry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing. They are basically just a payment processor. If your employees have a problem they will not help you. Their UX is very difficult to navigate and since they will not do anything to help your employees, expect to entertain alot of calls from your employees because Payentry will not help them. If fact you can expect them to be rude and very unhelpful and then will write letters to your company telling them that you're the one being rude. You might even get fired for it. CYA at its finest. There are so many other companies that are so much better. Why waste your time with them

PayEntry acts as an easy and functional tool for employees and employers alike. PayEntry tracks time, sta, vacation, benefits and more tailored to each company.

**What do you like best about Payentry?**

I like the incredibly simple layout of both the time clock & the benefits and employment section. It is to the point and SO simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Payentry?**

There's really nothing I've disliked or had an issue with when it comes to PayEntry. I guess my only suggestion would be to link the time clock and the employment information pages together. But aside from that no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Payentry:**

I would recommend utilizing both the employee portal as well as the time clock. They're both so helpful and easy.

**What problems is Payentry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a reliable system like PayEntry has made for such an easy process day in and day out. There's no frustration over not being able to clock in, or paystubs not loading- everything is smooth and easy to locate and this causes such relief for both employees and their employers

User friendly. IT WAS EASY TO USE FOR THE MANAGER

**What do you dislike about Payentry?**

NO, THEY WERE ALWAYS USER-FRIENDLY. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM USING IT.

Time card issues. easy access to manager

**Describe the project or task Payentry helped with:**

We use PayEntry for clocking in and out and for accessing w-2’s and check stubs. But the app is very clumsy, and the overall experience is difficult and not easy to use.

**What do you like best about Payentry?**

It does provide access to files that are needed.

**What do you dislike about Payentry?**

The overall interface is not intuitive, it’s very outdated and difficult to use.

**What problems is Payentry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does accomplish clicking in/out and giving us access to paystubs and forms.
